9/26/2025 This evening I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a drink and a pastry. From the start, Isabel, the employee taking my order, was rude no idea why. But when I pulled up to the window, the interaction became far worse.
I got to the window and there was no greeting she just handed me the card reader and glared at me.
The worst part of this experience was when Isabel walked away from the register, called me a name to the man making a drink next to the register, and he immediately laughed, looked at me, and shook his head. It was clear they were speaking about me, and it left me feeling humiliated and extremely uncomfortable.
When Isabel returned, she handed me my pastry without saying a word. There was no greeting, no thank you, no acknowledgment at all. I paused, waiting to see if she would say anything, but she made a face I also believe she called me a name under her breath.
This was not just poor service it was targeted and disrespectful behavior. I left confused by the interaction and do not want to return to this location. I attempted to call a manager afterward, but the line was unclear and I couldn’t hear anyone. I plan to call again tomorrow, but I wanted to document this experience immediately so it is taken seriously.
Cozy starbucks. Enough said.

A typical Starbuck experience with an ample size indoor area to enjoy your coffee.
I enjoyed the ample seating space present at this location. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax. The indoor space also houses several books from a community library. The extra spaces adds to the relaxing environment.
There are just a few areas of improvement needed here. One, the music ambience was rather loud during my visit. The smooth music should be a bit lower in the morning to enjoy the relative calm nature present here in the morning. The coffee shop across the street is a great place for a relaxing environment. Second, the speed of the baristas should improve a bit. Considering if a customer just orders a cup of coffee, it should be served right there during the payment. It's just a cup of coffee.
Everything else is up to standards you expect at any Starbucks.

Even though I visited this place with my service dog in a stroller, I was so shocked by the staff's rudeness that I had no choice but to hurry out with my ordered drink and my newly purchased tumbler.
Even though I told the staff that I was a service dog, they just told me to go outside.
When the customers around me said that my dog was cute and tried to touch it, my dog only made a sound once because it was surprised, but they saw that and told me to leave right away...
I received such rude treatment that I've never experienced at other Starbucks stores.
Even when I tried to show them my service dog card, they didn't even listen to me.
My dog was clearly wearing a service dog vest and scarf.
He was sitting in a stroller.
If you treat your dog so rudely, shouldn't you also give him the Puppuccino whipped cream that comes with every drink you order?

Nah morning crew shift from the drive thru (01/24 5:30-6:00AM) did me dirty 😒😞. My venti was more like a grande. Didn’t realize it was 50% foam until I drove out of the lot. 😐🫠

I wish I could give ZERO stars. My experience at this Starbucks was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and unwilling to listen to customer feedback. When the wrong drink was served, I requested a replacement, only to be told that my original order was not possible. If that was the case, why wasn’t I informed at the time of ordering? It was absolutely baffling. The music was too loud, making it difficult for the staff to properly hear other customers’ orders. Still, they responded in a loud and rude tone, acting as if it was the customer’s fault. Although this location is close to my home, this unpleasant experience ensures I won’t be returning😊👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Shout out to Jasmine for making my birthday a little more special. She provided great customer service & was very friendly. I redeemed my birthday reward & she threw in a free cake pop & she went the extra mile to write “happy birthday” on the bag. Thank you, Jasmine!
I was also trying matcha for the first time & she said if I didn’t like it, she’d make me a different drink.

Barista Jazmine went above & beyond, I do appreciate her persistence in helping me get an item I was looking for, she made the visit an experience I had never had at other locations. Rosecrans & Euclid Starbucks is my new home.

The only reason I put one star ⭐️ is because I ask if I can bring my puppies 2 inside because is super hot outside they said no,you can be outside is 99 degrees outside I can’t left them in the car alone and I also make sure the Starbucks was empty only one costumer, I won’t be spending money to a place were there no care about doggies ?bye forever at this location other Starbucks care except this place ?
Today, as I do almost every day, I visited the Starbucks on Euclid and Rosecrans. Unfortunately, I had a rather unusual experience. I waited patiently in the drive-thru, but the cashier did not show up for quite some time. As I was leaving, I honked my horn lightly to make my presence known.
When I got to the cashier window, she told me to be careful with the horn. I told her, “I’ve never waited this long or honked my horn before. Let’s not talk anymore.” But she kept talking. If the cashier had just acknowledged the delay with a simple apology, the situation could have been handled more gracefully.
I have always appreciated Starbucks’ reputation for polite and attentive service, so today’s experience was disappointing. Although I visit regularly, I felt that the cashier’s emotional response lacked professionalism.
