In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This is a gorgeous Starbucks that is kept impeccably clean. They also have a 10 person meeting room that is reserved only for employee use. This particular build reinvented a Denny’s restaurant that was formerly at this location. It is spacious, and the service is friendly and prompt.

Went into Starbucks at 2pm today, got my drink and pumpkin loaf (the loaf was a bit more dry than usual), and stayed there for a few hours while my car was being serviced. I asked for the bathroom code around 4pm and was asked if I made a purchase. "Yes". "You did?" I was questioned again by the tall bald worker. That was a bit frustrating because it felt like being accused of lying. A bit later I asked for a cup of water and yet again by a different worker...

March 2025

This location is a lot bigger than the one in Garden Grove that I went to previously. Lots of seats, plug ins and yes, the restrooms as of right now are accessible. The employees are wonderful and respectful as well as promptly preparing orders.

Vegetarian options: Highly recommend the egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich if your diet allows the consumption of eggs and cheese.
