I got chicken onion teriyaki subway and it was delicious. Idk why but I felt kinda thirsty after eating subway. Maybe there's a lot of salt . Overall it wss good and I enjoyed it

I visited this location late at night to order Italian herbs bread. Although it was clearly available, the employee (who was wearing a Taco Bell T-shirt while working at Subway) told me it was “for online orders only.” When I questioned this, he responded in an aggressive tone, asking, “Do you want it or not?”

With no other 24-hour options nearby, I reluctantly agreed.

While preparing the order, he turned around, heated the bread, and swore loudly in Spanish using the F-word. I told him I understood Spanish, but he ignored me and offered no apology.

To test the inconsistency, I asked if ordering online right then would get me the bread. He said yes—proving the “online only” rule was arbitrary and unfairly enforced.

The employee’s behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, and the inconsistent policy made the experience frustrating.

I tried to order Italian bread and I SAW it right in the oven, but that guy wearing Taco Bell shirt said it was sold out. Is he literally blind or just fooling with me? The worse was he cursed me in Spanish and never thought an Asian could understand Spanish. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

To continue we were the only customers there and she prioritized bread. It was insane. The final straw was when we asked to be served and she responded just wait for me to finish. Absolutely the worst customer service. Would not recommend.

Perfect order made by Flor!!

I’ve been getting Subway more often recently and today’s was perfect. Flor prepped the order to the point from the add ons to cutting it in 4 to the utensils. She was also friendly when I picked it up. Something usually ends up missing from my order, so I’m actually excited this one came out right!

There was only one employee and there was a line of people wanting sandwiches and it was a little bit long of a wait for just one employee to be there and I should be more employees. Some of the tables looked a little bit dirty

I ordered two foot longs and one was perfect for my sister. I ordered mine with cheese turkey tomatoes and mayo, toasted. Very simple order. I got a sandwich that was cold not toasted no tomatoes and barely any mayo on it. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today and it made me a little upset.

So I enjoy coming here all the time, the staff is excellent, everything is fresh, I always have a decent experience.

However for the life of me, I don't understand why they never have the soups they advertise available. The last 5 times i've been there, when I ask if they have soup, they say it isn't available. I suspect they don't get many customers purchasing it so they are cutting it as a cost cutting measure, but they why advertise it?
