What’s with the skimping of sauce? How much does it cost? $100 per bottle?! I said EXTRA not DROPS. BOTH sandwiches were like this. Mind you my sandwich was the Hot Shot Italiano which says x2 everything. I only wanted extra sriracha on ONE sandwich not both because I prefer that sauce over the other that comes with it and they were both with two tiny drops each. And for the toppings? Very little portions.
I hate posting this review because I’m always understanding but this is exaggerated. Felt personal tbh.
Basically, ordering on the app will get you tiny portions because you can’t watch them make it for you and correct the errors. Order online at another subway to save you money until they fix this issue if the building doesn’t go out of business soon. This location is exaggeratingly stingy and forget about being greeted at the door, there’s never anyone at the counter.

My daughter got subway from the bastanchury brea Blvd location. It was buy 1 get 1 free. She ordered Xtra lettuce tomato & banana peppers for our sandwiches but when they arrived they were barely basic toppings. She drove over to get a refund but they said no. When she explained why the employee told her she got a sub free so he wasn't going to give more free toppings. Then he said if she had paid full price he would've made it the way she wanted.
Today the 5th of November I went to subway and got food. I decided to eat later. When I did and opened my sandwich there were things that did not belong. This is the worst expieriance as far as interaction with the employee, service, food which had added things bugs or things that do not belong on a sandwich. I called smoke to manager and he told me if he had bad he don't complain about food he don't care if he had bad food... he wouldn't complain. I love subway just not this one stay away from this subway horrible food, service, hospitality and a manager who should quit. His employees ,food,service, are a reflection tion of subway as a whole. I don't think MR.ONEAL THE MOST DOMINANT BIG MAN IN THE HISTORY OF TGE NBA WOULD SIGN OFF ON THIS SUBWAY, TGEIR SERVICE AND FOOD... ZERO STARS PASS UP ON THIS SUBWAY YIU WIULD THINK THAT EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER WERE PAID TO SERVE ME TRASH , BUGS, AND A HORRIBLE SANDWHICH... SAD TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN THIS SANDWHICH, I SHOUKD OF KNOWN BY HIS SILENCE HES ONLY THERE TOO GIVE MECA POOR SANDWICH.

I was there on my vacation than I visited this subway only one employee working. There are few customers in the queue she greets all the customers with best smile ( to be honest its hard for me to pronounce her name mansi) if i will visit there next time hope she will make best sandwich just like today

The worst Subway experience ever. Arash Rahimi Darabbad, manager, yelled at me for calling and asking a general question in regards to my sandwich. He was completely rude and then yelled at me to not come to his store. Besides this, he deleted my review after I posted. Definitely not manager material or even customer service material. Don't come here, don't waste your time and money.

Bad bad bad service. I ordered 6 sandwiches and 2 ladies couldn't handle it. They had very bad attitude when I tried to explained how I wanted my sandwiches. I asked nicely and they made a mess. I'm so mad right now because I won't be able to enjoy my food. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. I'm sure you'll have a bad experience.

Turned away our coupon 3 footlongs for $19.99 stating we can only use them on specific sandwiches, the coupon doesn't state anything about that, and still refused to take it. We ended up paying $28 for 2 footlongs that were nasty, overflowing with sauces and the bread soggy. Never coming back!

I wanted a sandwich this morning since it’s the most convenient spot to get one & it’s was terrible. I asked for black Forrest ham gave me roast beef. I asked for vinegarette & gave me the subway brand. I asked to have her remove it& she threw a fit. I’m done giving subway a chance bc they mess every time. You’re getting more bread than anything else. 15.00 bucks for a foot long is ridiculous.

As I walked into this Subway yesterday I was not greeted even after I said hi. The lady just kept looking at me, completely ignored me when I said hi, no smile, no how can I help you, I just told her what I wanted and that was it! Another customer walks in the other employee who was a guy, same reaction to the customer. No hi, no how can I help you, totally ignored the customer when she said hi... I mean if your working in the fast food environment customer service is top priority, and if this type of job isn't for those two people they should find a new job cause they both were rude and just the way they came across wasn't cool.
