As I walked into this Subway yesterday I was not greeted even after I said hi. The lady just kept looking at me, completely ignored me when I said hi, no smile, no how can I help you, I just told her what I wanted and that was it! Another customer walks in the other employee who was a guy, same reaction to the customer. No hi, no how can I help you, totally ignored the customer when she said hi... I mean if your working in the fast food environment customer service is top priority, and if this type of job isn't for those two people they should find a new job cause they both were rude and just the way they came across wasn't cool.

ETA: hours are listed on door as 730a-9p, it's 0800 and the doors are locked.Clean building, food is to be expected but as many others have listed: Employees (specifically Kate who always seems to be the one person at the counter) are very slow (whether there is one person working or three) and just seem extremely apathetic and u happy to be there. And while the food tastes mostly as expected, it's very hit or miss. I always get the same thing (blt) and sometimes it's 4 bacon straps, sometimes its 6, sometimes it's 8.

I recently encountered an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Subway's customer service that compelled me to share my frustration. Upon placing an order and completing the payment process, I eagerly awaited my delicious sandwich, only to be met with sheer disappointment.The crux of the matter lies in the fact that despite having paid for my meal, the Subway staff failed to provide me with the sandwich I had ordered. The initial shock and confusion were swiftly replaced by a growing sense of frustration as I attempted to address the issue with their customer service.Regrettably, my attempts to communicate with Subway's customer service were met with inefficiency and a lack of urgency. The ordeal began with a prolonged wait on hold, listening to repetitive hold music, which did little to assuage my growing discontent. When I finally connected with a representative, the interaction was marked by a lack of empathy and a seeming disinterest in resolving my issue promptly.To exacerbate matters, there was a noticeable lack of transparency regarding the status of my missing order. The customer service representative failed to provide a clear explanation for the oversight or a concrete plan of action to rectify the situation. This lack of communication only served to heighten my frustration, as I was left in the dark regarding the fate of the sandwich for which I had already paid.Furthermore, the overall tone of the customer service interaction was far from accommodating. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused and expressing a genuine commitment to resolving the matter, the representative appeared indifferent, as though my grievance was a mere inconvenience rather than a valid concern.In the end, the culmination of these factors left me thoroughly dissatisfied with Subway's customer service. A simple transaction turned into a protracted and unpleasant experience, with no resolution in sight. As a customer who values both quality service and a positive dining experience, I am disheartened by the evident shortcomings in Subway's customer service, which, in this instance, failed to address a basic issue - providing the customer with the product they had rightfully paid for.

No offense. It’s just not good enough. There are certain food places that, after consuming the food, you plan on coming back because the food was good: this is not one of those places.

We usually don’t have this many problems but lately we’ve been getting missing toppings, wrong toppings and skimped toppings from this location.Please fix this. We make it easier for you to make our order by ordering online but unfortunately when we get home we come to these mistakes.The wrap was teeny, there’s no use in getting one for that size and price, and the sandwich didn’t come with the $2 avocado like we requested. It looks like this location is ordering less and less sandwich/wrap items.

Angela is such the sweetest! You can tell she is just a happy upbringing person. She asked me how my day was and even had a conversation with me and it's definitely what I needed. Her voice is so sweet and the customers have to treat her right because there is no complaints with her. She is AMAZING!!

I've gone there 4 time's the past 2 weeks and the person who has made my sandwich each time has been Angela.Angela is such a good woman. She is a hard worker, makes a great sub sandwich and has always been cheerful, follows how you ask for it to be made and always has a smile too.
