Food tastes good like it always does but im frustrated with whoever bags the food. Nearly every time they put my tacos in upside down so when I go to grab them everything falls out to the bottom of the bag. Please start packing the items correctly.

Absolutely terrible, I tried to get some late night snacks at 12:45 am, 15 minutes before they close,-!: they closed early and refused to serve us. It says they close at 1am! That is so stupid. I’m sorry these teenagers want to disregard guidelines and close early but I went out of my way to get my favorite fast food and they closed early!

I’m just mad that we waited in a line for 10 min for them to say they’re closed at 12:30 when they’re open until 1. The car right before us got their orders and nobody was behind us. Usually love this location but that was just rude and bad customer service. Come here all the time during the day without issue. Night crew needs to be checked on because this was messed up.

This location is satisfactory; it's a Taco Bell restaurant. However, accessing the drive-thru from Lemon Street presents a challenge. Otherwise, operations appear to be running smoothly.

To start, drive thru very marrow and took too long to place order, the reason, I saw only two employees working, during lunch rush, both employees were doing as much as they could, and is not up to them, management is overworking good employees eventually those employees soon will find a job somewhere else soon.

Location is near college. Not much room inside for seating. It was clean inside. Parking was limited and had 1 way path off Commonwealth. Pepsi tasted more like carbonation than Pepsi.

Fast food with a local area in the city of Fullerton next to a variety of other multicultural eateries. Has an outdoor sitting.

Two words to describe here: Disappointing and Mediocre.
First off, after spending just 10 minutes here waiting on my food after ordering in, it's immediately apparent that this franchise location cares more about the drive-thru window and mobile Take-Out only orders. Yes you can still order-in and dine on-site, but the building is claustrophobic and has five small tables that seat two guests each. The menu options are also limited; you won't see the full selection like at most TB locations. This location feels like a mini, shopping mall food court version of a Taco bell with a drive-thru window slapped on it.
Next, the service was lackluster, and that's putting it nicely. I know people don't go to TB for service, but they didn't even follow basic requests here for my orders several times. When I ordered my food, the staff member didn't ask whether I wanted any sauce packets. The dining area didn't stock any. I asked one staff member for sauce packets. He heard me because he looked at me when I asked, but then he walked away and never returned. I waited 5 mins to see if he would heed my request. Then I asked the guy who was working the register and that took my order for sauce packets. He gave me a blank stare, ignored me, and went about doing something else. I waited another 5 mins. I finally asked someone else, the staff guy working the drive-thru window when he wasn't busy for sauce packets. I waited to see if he would follow through. He did, but still it's amazing how apparent the majority of the staff here don't seem to give two hoots about customers who order from the countertop vs. the drive-thru window. Id say just go to the TB locations on imperial hwy and yorba linda blvd, avoid the subpar service here.
