“Found this place randomly searching for a local Japanese style restaurant and found this Gem. Tried their Chicken Curry plate as it seemed to be there go to with their BOGO promotion. The curry had a phenomenal and savory taste. I'd recommend Level 3 Spice level as it is a great blend of flavor and spice. If you're interested in having great Japanese Curry this is the spot. I also tried their potato croquette which was exquisite I ate it immediately and took a photo part way 🤣 into eating. I also have their Strawberry Matcha Latte which was a great blend and tasted perfect. Definitely coming back to try the Curry Omelet variety. This is a great spot to come with friends or if you just want to enjoy some great Japanese food solo.“

“Hands down a true culinary journey through food and storytelling, Chef Kyle McClelland's experience and artistry shine throughout the evening. From delicate scallops and imported French prawns to salsify and swordfish, he treated each course with refinement and intriguing flavor profiles. And caviar!--Need I say more?! Our favorites included the handmade pasta stuffed with short rib and the lamb chops, which were altogether astounding at just how tender, non-gamey and delectable they were. The desserts were like little streams of consciousness entering your mouth with every bite. The Kouign-Amann was the best pastry we've had since visiting France.

This intimate 18-seater restaurant gives you direct access to speak with the chefs and watch some of the kitchen magic. The wine parings are on point. The atmosphere is inviting and enthralling. Don't forgo visiting DTTN 2.0 next door either before or after your meal (entrance is included with the purchase of your meal at TRUST). The cocktails are superb and owner/operator Jason Quinn is on hand to exceed your expectations of service.

“Our experience was so phenomenal, we have booked another reservation just three days later! The cocktails are beautifully and meticulously prepared. Definitely try an old fashioned or any of their mezcal cocktails. The esquites are hands-down the best we have ever eaten- just the right amount of lime and salt flavors. The filet mignon tacos were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, as were the shrimp enchiladas. Not only is the menu impeccable, the service is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and we had such a wonderful time getting to know Matt, the bartender. The bar and dining room are beautifully decorated, the music is authentic and fun, and it's just an overall feel-good place.“
