We celebrated our dual birthdays with an amazing dinner here! Loved the romantic ambiance and such great service! My husband had an old fashion and the duck breast, I had the strawberry rouge ballet and the Nordic salmon. We shared a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food and drinks were delicious and they gave us some complimentary macrons for our celebration!

It's a lovely restaurant but a very treacherous entry. Your choice is a dark, thickly carpeted stairway down to the restaurant or meeting a rep "by the dumpsters in the back," getting into a rickety freight elevator, arriving in the kitchen and then making your way to the main dining area. Not acceptable for such a high end restaurant.

It was our first time there. My gf is a huge fan of pirates of the Caribbean and you can see the similarities. I picked this place for that reason alone. I read the person who designed the ride at Disneyland also designed the restaurant. Our waitress was awesome, very prompt and helpful. I had the chefs choice, 10oz filet medium rare, cones with 3 shrimp and mashed potatoes. It was so good. My gf had the sword fish (i think). She loved it. It was also our anniversary and they gave us complimentary desert. Would really recommend.

The food is way too salty. Way. I never say this, I never care about salt. This reflects my experience a year ago as well - thought it was just an off night. It's seriously so salty.

We had a fantastic time. Our server planned and timed our meal perfectly. Steak temperatures were exactly as ordered. Cocktails are some of the best in Orange County. This is the bar that other bartenders go for a good drink.

Such a lovely historic spot in downtown Fullerton. Love that it's still there. Drinks were good - although the assortment needs a couple more options. Food was decent - but my gnocchi and duck was overly salty. Desserts were fine. The interior needs a good scrub and update.

Most important of all was the outstanding and professional service exhibited by Shannon. She was the consummate waitperson. Kind, gracious, knowledgeable, and absolutely engaging, we were very impressed with her and appreciated her entree, appetizer and dessert suggestions.
