---Pre-Covid Review---Chose the spot for a much-needed catch up friend date (before the quarantine). I parked in a covered lot nearby though finding parking on the street is possible but can be difficult depending on your luck. We came by on a Saturday around lunch time and the place was busy but we were able to get seated right away. Service was so friendly but also made sure to give us our space and didn't push us to leave since you were just catching up. The interior of the shop is modern and spacious. I really can't imagine a better atmosphere for a light weekend lunch. They have a pretty straightforward menu of sandwiches, small plates, and even goodies for kids. They also have much longer menu with a huge variety of teasMy friend and I wanted to share a turkey sandwich and a mixed green salad and the waitress was super nice and made sure we each had our own portion so we didn't have to be splitting out of a single bowl. Plus they were very generous with the portions. My "half" salad still felt like a full salad. I usually don't Get turkey sandwiches cuz they tend to be underwhelming but the simple sandwich was absolutely delicious. It comes with Fontina cheese, arugula, red onions, add sun-dried tomato pesto on rosemary garlic bread. It has the base of a basic sandwich but all the little add-ons bring much flavor. It was all so perfectly pressed so there was lots of toasty crunchy bread to go with the soft interior . Proof that simple can really be extraordinary when you pay attention to the details. The Bartlett Pear salad was also great. The got all the elements from the candied nuts, to the stinky cheese, to plenty of fresh greens. My only gripe is that I wish the white tea vinaigrette was a little stronger. Each of our portions came with a small container of dressing and we barely made it through half of the salad when we both felt like we needed more. The white tea flavor also doesn't really add much. For our drinks we got the hawaiian guava white tea and toasted almond tea herbal tea w/ soy (turning it into a lovely pink color!) I loved the guava drink. It was so refreshing and it just fills your nostrils with that tropical smell. The almond tea was also delicious and it doesn't taste anything like it looks. We asked for sweetener in this one and it's almost a little cinnamon-y!Overall, I loved my experience here and would glad come back again!

You guys should've called your lounge "Tranquil and Tea" cuz it would sound like Tranquility when you say it fast.

Excellent tea blends and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended

Great tea selection and light bites if you're hungry. Tea flight provides great selection and the ambiance at this lounge is nice. Minus one star for no wifi as I would have loved to work and enjoy my tea, but unfortunately was hindered to listening to the employees conversation instead.

Awesome tea selection!!! And great food. Definitely five star for tea and small bites. I just wish the staff would have educated me better on the tea selections... I'm very much a novice when it comes to tea so I wanted some better guidance.

I heard about Tranquil Tea Lounge from a friend and was not disappointed. My daughter and I have been looking for a new place to get loose leaf tea. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to smell and see the teas before purchase. We found a new favorite place!!

I've been to Tranquil Tea Lounge a few times, but haven't written a review! Today, I went after a good sweat sesh at Purple Yoga and it was another home run for TTL. :-) My friend and I each ordered hot tea- I got the Rooibos Madagascar Vanilla (caffeine free!), and she got the Tea for Her. We also split the spring rolls, cause we did want a snack after the class, but nothing too heavy. Both teas smelled outstanding and mine was incredible. So incredible that I got an ounce to take home. :-) The spring rolls were super light and tasty. Both sauces were excellent as well. A light peanut dipping sauce and a sweet/sour type of sauce. Overall, a great visit, friendly staff, and good food/drinks. I have to say, it's good to know there's a solid place around to get some awesome loose leaf tea. I was pretty pissed when Starbucks shut down the Teavana stores- but now I can get some amazing flavors here! Crisis averted! Thank you Tranquil Tea Lounge for a relaxing and pleasant visit! I will be back!

The berry matcha smoothie was EVERYTHING. I got it to go to drink at home but ended up finishing it before even leaving the store.

Pretty horrible service. Waited for a long time for a table. other customers come in and stand around waiting as well. Lots of people studying here occupying the limited number of tables. They have separate room of tables but not willing to open and rather have customers who are actually intend to pay and eat wait for tables that people are using it to study and not intend to leave for hours. What kind of business logic is that. Service is also slow. Parking in downtown is not easy and are pay for parking. For a place that's not easy to get to, with expensive food, the business process should be up to the same level.

Kinda sad and neglected. All the plants dead or dying. Out of most of the teas. Wierd odor of burning electrical.

Love this place!!! Favorite scone: White chocolate lavender. Favorite tea: don't remember the name but it also has lavender in it. I like that they give you an extra container of tea to have your own refills. The Tranquil Trio is an awesome deal! Food is great as well. Service is terrific! I come here with some of my friends semi-regularly. Shared the info and now a bigger group of friends is going to plan a luncheon there. Happy to spread the news!

Kudos to the huge selection of teas. There are so many variety of teas. It is definitely heaven on earth for tea enthusiasts like myself. I enjoy their scones. They are huge and good enough to share with another person. They do not have a lot of food options. They have a small selection of sandwiches and salads that you can order from to enjoy with your tea. I highly HIGHLY recommend the blueberry tea cake with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. DELICIOUS.

The teas are very good and gives you a lot for the price. The sandwich is a good size to share and very cheesy. Worth the price

Tasting different varieties of tea and trying their Madagascar Vanilla tea was nice. Definitely appreciating tea lounges as well my local coffee haunts.
