I recently visited the Wendy's drive-thru and had a disappointing encounter with the manager, Alberto. While placing my order, I politely notified Alberto that he had gotten it wrong, specifically regarding the removal of one of the $10 burgers. Unfortunately, this seemed to upset him.To make matters worse, when I reached the drive-thru window, I noticed that both mine and my companion's orders were placed in the same bag, despite us clearly ordering two separate meals with different drinks. When I brought this issue to Alberto's attention, he became even more agitated and practically threw another bag at me, telling me to separate it myself.I tried to address the situation calmly, explaining that we expected our orders to be in separate bags since we had made two distinct orders. However, Alberto blatantly ignored my concerns and refused to acknowledge anything I was saying. Even when I politely asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce, he chose to ignore me for the entire two minutes I was at the window.It's important to note that the food itself was satisfactory, as it was hot, fresh, and the soda had the right amount of carbonation with plenty of ice. However, the lack of customer service was truly disappointing. As the manager, Alberto should understand the importance of treating customers with respect and dignity. There was no reason for him to become upset and dismissive simply because we wanted our orders separated.I find it disheartening that individuals working in customer service would let their personal issues and mean demeanor affect their interactions with customers. Wendy's is known for its good food, but I believe they deserve employees who value their customers and provide excellent service. It's crucial for everyone working in customer service to remember that they will encounter multiple individuals daily, and each person should be treated with respect.I hope Wendy's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of customer service. While the food was enjoyable, it was overshadowed by the embarrassment caused not only to me but also to my companion, who has a disability. Respectful and courteous treatment should be the minimum expectation when paying for a meal.Thank you, Wendy's, for the delicious food, but I sincerely hope improvements are made in the area of customer serviceI will be not taking myself nor any future clients to this particular restaurant to save embarrassment that was humiliating. Once again Wendy's thank you for your good food you definitely have no complaints from me there.

The old lady working night shift is extremely rude and computes the orders so slow, it's astonishing that this is the worst Wendy's as far as food quality and customer service goes. This is Brea for christ sakes!

So disappointed. I enjoy Wendys now and then, but I forget that this location is awful. Management is terrible. Not only do they nickel and dime you for things that are free at other locations, but they're RUDE! I stopped for lunch today and the manager, Dawn (per the receipt - she refused to tell me her name), was so incredibly rude to my mom and I when we asked a question about the receipt. It's a Wendy's, so you know if you like the food or not. I usually only go for breakfast, but no matter when I have come, the service is always great. They have never messed up my orders, and that says a lot about a fast food place.

I was so excited to see that Wendy’s had a carnitas burrito. What a disappointment. It was all flour tortilla, beans, cilantro and sauce. There were three small thistle size pieces of carnitas. Keep your money and buy something you know.

The only thing I ever get at Wendy’s is the Frosty, and they have been buying cheap non wendy’s spoons for a long time. Get the dang WENDY’s spoons! Please

I ordered a chicken nugget combo. I specifically asked for fresh food. My nuggets where old and fries as well. I'm so over these fast food places serving food that they wouldnt even eat. Exactly why I dont eat at these restaurants that often at all. I called the location asked for a manager. The guy said hold on. I can hear a woman fussing and telling him to talk even though he was not a manager. He was no help at all of course. Didnt even know the store #. He told me I could get the corporate # online. Called the corporate # during business hours and they had a message stating they where temporarily closed ??‍♀️.

Cashier made an error in our order and was very rude. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches but received 2 burgers....obviously the wrong thing. She refused to take it back and correct the order. I couldn't believe it. This will me my last visit. The customer service here is horrible.
