So disappointed. I enjoy Wendys now and then, but I forget that this location is awful. Management is terrible. Not only do they nickel and dime you for things that are free at other locations, but they're RUDE! I stopped for lunch today and the manager, Dawn (per the receipt - she refused to tell me her name), was so incredibly rude to my mom and I when we asked a question about the receipt. Remedial customer service training is sorely needed.

It's a Wendy's, so you know if you like the food or not. I usually only go for breakfast, but no matter when I have come, the service is always great. They have never messed up my orders, and that says a lot about a fast food place.
