I don’t think I’ve ever received every item I’ve ordered. Employees have always been nice and make it right before I leave but it’s a continuous issue. The food is always hot and service is quick.
I was having a bad day yesterday and you know the old phrase it only takes one smile? Well there were a few warm smiles. The young lady Renell, who helped me didn't have a fake smile. She seemed really happy to help me even though I committed a few customer faux pa's: Getting to the register without knowing what I wanted, coming back a second time for dessert and the classic spilling of the full glass of soda. People talk badly about Taco Bell but I really enjoy a quick and healthier option. I get regular crunchy tacos and bean burritos (level up and have them grill it!) The happy hour drinks save me with a little shot of afternoon caffeine. Reasonably priced- fast and satisfying!
