They are so fast and efficient with my glasses repair. Helpful and was very patience in making sure they were repaired and fit what I was needing. So sweet will be coming here for my future eye needs.
We walked in looking for a small part for my boyfriend’s sunglasses that had fallen off. Immediately, they took great care of us. Very great hospitality. It only took him 10 or so minutes, but he cleaned and adjusted the sunglasses so they were easier to open and close, and then replaced the part and did this all for free. Very kind man.
I originally received a prescription from Kaiser Permanente that made me feel dizzy, even though all I needed was a spare pair of glasses. When I explained the issue, they carefully checked my original glasses and made a new pair with exactly the same prescription at no additional cost.
Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They never complained or made me feel uncomfortable, even though the issue wasn't caused by them.
