The food is usually good, but the service and timing are consistently poor, whether for online pickup or in-store orders. Instead of offering sincere apologies, the staff just made excuses. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues. I’ve always tried to support this place whenever I visit, but my last experience was especially frustrating—my order was given to another customer. I really think management needs to rethink how they handle customer service.
Northern style Vietnamese food, great for warm summer days! Very delicate steamed rice sheets to wrap a variety of meats , fish cakes, sprouts , fresh herbs with a light sweet, spicy fish sauce. Cubes of beef tartar w glass noodles topped with chili and fresh slice of garlic was good too! Must try
