Soooooooo hot lol…
They said the air conditioning was running at full capacity, but it was so hot that I felt like I took a shower in sweat at a barbecue restaurant for the first time. I think you absolutely shouldn't come here in the summer. The elderly and young children, in particular, need to be careful because of the heat.

This is a great spot for a quick lunch and they allow solo diners.
They have a good selection of banchan and prepared sides too. The steamed egg and spicy tofu soups a pleasant surprise.
Don't miss out on the whole leaf lettuce for your lettuce wrap needs. Many kbbq's spots no longer have whole leaf.

Based on the reviews, Chung Dam Korean BBQ is a welcoming place with great food and a sides bar where customers can get whatever they want while waiting for meat. The restaurant offers the best beef intestine in OC, along with rich, flavor-packed beef intestine, premium chuck flap, and galbi. Meals can be finished with kimchi stew poured over rice. The food is good, with a lot of side dishes like kimchi, garlic to chicken, and noodles. The price went up but there are far more options and better quality. The service and meat quality are absolutely stellar, with exquisite marbling on the LA rib cuts. Unlike other KBBQs, staff come to the table to ask what customers would like. The dwenjjang jji gae is fantastic and the LA galbi is the real deal.
