Good ramen here! Everything inside—the meat, egg, and vegetables—was well prepared, and the broth was excellent. The noodles could perhaps be improved, but overall, it was great.
I googled a ramen place nearby and ended up to this ramen place. It's not the one i intended to go, but food was good. Happy tummy. Tonkutsu ramen is good as usual. Rice beef bowl is okay, but I needed more spices. im not sure what... service was good. Place is cozy and clean.
The soup was good, a little spice always gives good flavor and blocks some bad taste. The noodles were good too, and they are good about my request to not fully cook the noodles. the half boiled egg, the onion, the bean sprouts, the seaweed, and the addition of corn were all good too, no complaints. however, the pork itself is not that great, which I'm a little sad. it's dry, hard to chew, and doesn't have enough flavor in it. and I'm not sure if it is because...
