I’ve been coming here for about 3 years approx. and I’ve noticed some changes in the food. I always order the same thing, Carolina’s trio, and unfortunately the lasagna is too dry now, it only has a little bit of the marinara sauce on top and that’s it, and the raviolis used to be big and now they’re small and they taste like the can sauce from the supermarket. Good food! The portions were huge—I got super full and still had plenty left over. I ordered the trio, and it was great. The only downside is they don’t allow any substitutions, which was a little disappointing, but not a deal-breaker. The garlic knots were basically just bread without much garlic flavor, so I’d honestly stick with the free bread they bring to the table. Overall, I’d definitely come back.
Support local business... especially when they go above and beyond like Carolina's. The specials are always a great deal, ready when I get there (even when I'm early) And everyone is always happy to see you. Buy some beers, sangria, or desserts when you pick up a Wed special; because I swear they can't be making money on that deal!
