i love this place it's very cute, clean and simple. there's a ton of seating and it doesn't get very busy so it's a nice quiet place to study. The uji green milk tea with tiramisu foam is to die for however every time i get it, there's good days and bad. I got this for dessert after eating pho. I wanted to get something with tiramisu. I asked the cashier which one would she recommend and got that one. It was great! Would definitely come back and try other drinks. It was a cute place with places to sit.

I came to this bubble tea place since I had to wait for a friend who is shopping around in the plaza. The decor was nice. I ordered a brulee Thai tea with boba. I asked for 50% sugar because I do not like it too sweet and most bubble tea I go to, I have to decrease it. When I tried it, it was still too sweet. I probably have to decrease it to 30% or even 0% so I ended up waiting for a bit for the ice to melt so it won't be too sweet. Other than that, it was still good.
