El Pollo Loco the place that you go for chicken and guess what they don't have any they never have any. This has been the third time that this has happened to me. They should just tear that restaurant down and fire everybody there. That would make everybody's life a lot easier go somewhere else don't go to this Heap hole.

Ordered 2 sides beans what they give you is bean juice where's the beans you raised prices to give us less come on people.
They have inexperienced staff, they open late and very bad food. It is the worst Pollo Loco restaurant that I have visited like every week in other Pollo Loco restaurants and the food is very good, only in this restaurant it is bad food and bad service.
