New! Chicken Tartare at Pollo Loco!!!. I got three tacos with white meat. They give you a fork because they don't even bother to cut it into taco-sized pieces. Not all my chicken was cooked. I've had problems with overcooked chicken here, problems with super dry chicken here but whatever it's fast food. But uncooked the place should be shut down for health reasons.

Drive thru order seems nice. But as you can see after I came home I saw my order was not what I asked for. I ordered the 3 piece meal and asked for the creamy cilantro sauce but didn’t get it with my lunch meal.
Ordered a 3pc combo breast and wing. Received small and dry breasts. Super disappointing

Worst customer service cashier was rushing the food was cold my food was incomplete when I asked about the burrito they took another 15 minutes to make the manager was yelling at the new cook for something that was not his fault don't go here

Involved in a big screw up and they handled it well. Drive thru stuck for 30 minutes. Person at the window informed me he was a shiftleader of another store and this store didn't train 2 new cashiers so orders piled up. Offered me a burrito for free so kudos to him for making things happen. At least 7-8 cars were stuck the whole time in front/behind and should be very unhappy. But I left this rating because they actually did their best to resolve the situationWould be 1 star if I walked away with nothing. Kind of sucked what was supposed to be a 10min trip to a drive thru ended up being 40 minutes but at least the food was fine and it was free.

Foods good if you like the old school style chicken no chunky chicken just authentic only down fall of it is the location sometimes its a little gloomy but good for pickup and if you want to change your mind theres more choices around to choose from but its ok no major
I got a coupon in the mail so I decided to give these guys a try. My avocado was brown, chicken was dry and the prices on the menu did not reflect what was on my receipt. I will wait awhile until I give these guys another try....
