Involved in a big screw up and they handled it well. Drive thru stuck for 30 minutes. Person at the window informed me he was a shiftleader of another store and this store didn't train 2 new cashiers so orders piled up. Offered me a burrito for free so kudos to him for making things happen. At least 7-8 cars were stuck the whole time in front/behind and should be very unhappy. Foods good if you like the old school style chicken no chunky chicken just authentic only down fall of it is the location sometimes its a little gloomy but good for pickup and if you want to change your mind theres more choices around to choose from but its ok no major
