This bakery has the freshest & tastiest rice cakes in socal (and honestly in all of california). I literally think about the ricecakes all the time because I live in SF where there is no good dduk. Korean rice cakes in their traditional form. Extremely fresh which is key for rice cakes. Every second made is a second it’s staling so I’m always impressed they keep it fresh as possible
