$60 for a large tray of noodles sounds expensive but when you think about cooking it yourself, I rather just pay for it.

Great comfort food, but the service isn't very comforting. It does not matter when you schedule your order to be picked up, it will NOT be ready. If someone is there with cash on hand they will sell it to that person first and if you happen to show up on time before your order can be replaced, tough luck, just keep waiting. This has happened to us countless times as well as other customers. So do NOT be in a hurry when picking up food here. If you need to be somewhere with the food at a certain time I highly suggest building in a cushion of time.

Ordered 100 pieces of Hue spring rolls, each of which was packed, it didn't have any flavor. While ordering 100 rolls of Hue at the Hue incense shop, the package was beautiful and delicious, and I met a few times when it was equal to the price.

Thai do phuc vu tren phone qua te. Tu. Do.ng cat ngang sau khi khach da t do an va doi tren phone 5 phut.Worst customer Service. Rude. Disconnected call after we had been waiting on the phone (as told by the owner) ..5 mins...for take out order.ZERO STAR!

Ordered several trays of food for pick up at 11am next day. Pre-paid. Guess what? FOOD WAS NOT READY. There were other people around me in the same situation; all waited for 30 minutes or more. In fact, it looks suspiciously like if someone walks up and orders just one or two portions of food to go, they would totally take the food (that would have gone into your tray) to them. It didn't happen to me but there were people waiting for trays of banh beo but people walking up were given banh beo, just like that. I suspect it's because NEW MONEY - if you've prepaid for your trays, they already got your money anyway so what do they care, right?

This place used to be very good and crowded. I often ordered party trays like egg rolls, rice cakes, stir-fried noodles, and other authentic Vietnamese dishes. However, this place became a disaster after the pandemic started in 2020. Customers and the staff were always arguing and yelling at each other, as there was no ordering/pickup system, and their employees and owner were very arrogant. They only liked collecting cash for big orders, and ignored the small ones. I stopped coming here for almost two years, and recently just came back for a small order of egg rolls. The place was almost empty, with a few prepared party trays on the table. The employees were nicer, but the food was no longer fresh and well-made like before. It's stil okay to drop by this place once in a while whenever we want authentic Vietnamese food, but it's no longer ideal to order catering.

Make sure to check your order, all the items are accounted for before leaving the premises. We were shorted couple trays of food on the delivery. After we went back and forth on the phone over a week, they refunded the money for the missing trays. To be fair, the food quality is up to my expectations. I give them three stars when I think they should get two stars. The refunded and the quality of food give them 3.
