Cafe Artist is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Westminster. Every dish I've tried here has been packed with flavor and beautifully prepared, making it hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.
My absolute favorite is the coconut snails—they're rich, savory, and incredibly delicious. It's one of those dishes I find myself craving long after I leave. That said, everything I've ordered here has been a hit, from the appetizers to the main dishes.

My dad said this is a hidden gem of Garden Grove- he's not wrong, Great variety of Vietnamese dishes, wife enjoyed the mango salad, and loved the ribeye, perfect cut, very tender and perfectly presented. Staff was very welcoming and efficient, a good tie was had by all.
Great foods for many years. Always consistence. Love it!!
