Waited probably 10 minutes for attendant to show up - service felt weird. Be sure to order out of a gelato tin that is plenty full or else the scrapes will be icey and crunchy. I like the strawberry sorbet.
There are a few reasons to visit this gelato shop:1. The gelato is top notch. In particular, the Nutella.2. You can enjoy your gelato sitting in the amazing, 17 story atrium of the Hyatt. It’s a wonder to see.3. This place is very close to several hotels in the area- very convenient when you are craving gelato in this area.
Really tasty gelato here—at a premium price. Unfortunately, it’s located inside the Hyatt hotel. Park elsewhere, unless you don’t mind paying to park. They also only sell scoops. I know this, because I tried to buy a pint. Do yourself a favour and take note of their hours. They’re pretty strange.
