In a nutshell, this place is for take out, quick meal for one, or great for parties platters. Don’t expect to be treated like a king or top service or super clean.

All the ladies are working hard preparing large trays of food. When you see all Vietnamese people, then you know it is very authentic.

However I would come here at least three times a week! The food was delicious and they had reasonably prices.

Perfect for catering and authentic Vietnamese dishes! 🍜

They offer a huge menu with tons of foods to choose from. If you're having a party or event, be sure to order and book the food here. I highly recommend the bánh canh tôm cua, bún bò huế, and items wrapped in banana leaves.

* Bánh Canh Tôm Cua: 8/10 - flavorful, tons of crab and shrimp patties 🦐🦀

They have indoor dining which I recommend so that you can taste the food fresh. They're located in the popular Garden Grove Shopping Plaza so parking can get difficult at peak times, but people are always going in and out.

Very good!

Parking: Located in Garden Grove Plaza so tons of free parking

Authentic Huế flavors shine through dishes like Mì Quảng, which is delicious, and Nem Nướng wrapped in rice paper, which is absolutely outstanding. The Chả Huế is also amazing. The food here is both affordable and tasty. This place mainly focuses on takeaway, but there are seats available for dining in. The staff, from the owners to the servers, speak in a charming Huế accent. During Tết, they set up an additional stall outside to sell Chả and Bánh Chưng.

Hue beef noodle shop, mussel rice, Nam cake, Loc powder, Shrimp noodle soup, rare veal with lemon and Hue Dishes. Beef noodle soup with vermicelli noodles is not as delicious as in Vietnam. Overall, it's okay with Vietnamese flavor. Good

I would only recommend this place to Viet or people who come here with someone speaking Vietnamese fluently. Tbh even so, it's still a big if after what they have done to my food.
Don't get me wrong, food was incredibly good and authentic. I mean those ladies was from Hue region of Vietnam and I can hear it in there accent. That's why I've been here multiple times and have ordered and brought home many dishes
Until one day, I order Mì Quảng and they put the white noodle of Bún bò Huế into my dish. Come on now! You can fake a dish to someone but I'm from the motherland. They stuffed the white noodle at the bottom of the bowl so I won't notice. That's such shady business practice. When I confronted them, they said they ran out of the yellow noodle and redo my food. Yet, I got no trust in them anymore. I haven't come back to this place since even though I went to the plaze always every weekend.

Because after returning from a long trip, I didn't want to cook, so I stopped by to buy beef noodles to take home to eat, around 3:00 PM, but the whole family was very disappointed. The broth doesn't have enough flavor to be called beef noodle soup, (Hue people often call it beef noodle soup, not Hue beef noodle soup, my wife's hometown is Hue) The broth doesn't have enough strong taste of shrimp paste (mam ruoc) , not fragrant enough of lemongrass and pineapple. Here's the bad part: the pork trotters are too chewy, those who like to eat soft meat should not eat at this restaurant, and those who like to eat crispy pork trotters should borrow a knife or bring it from home to cut the meat. eat. There's still a lot of pig hair on the skin. Pig blood, very strong smell of pig, not to mention, I'm sorry, the smell of pig manure. We took it all out and threw it away. Then I seasoned the pot of broth again. The next morning, the noodles were watery and crumbly, no longer usable. We had to boil a new batch of vermicelli to eat.
We were so disappointed that we ordered Hue beef noodle soup to take out. The broths were blank and had no flavor of beef noodle soup. The meat of pork shoulders was way too tough, and a lot of hairs were still in the skin. The cooked blood also had a very bad smell and taste.
Do I come here next time? No no.

Came here for the vegan rice cakes. They told me to come back in 10 minutes. I came back in 15, my order was ready 5 minutes after I arrived. But I had to watch others pick up their orders before me, even though they ordered after me. Most likely because I don’t speak Vietnamese and my order was smaller. Had to wait a totally of 30-40 minutes, when they told me 10.
