Please don't order from this Little Caesars they couldn’t even help me refund $12 for my pizza and soda. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, so I called the location to refund my order. I live all the way, in Long Beach, but I work in Orange County. so I forgot To change the delivery location. The manager was trying to avoid me and was not willing to help. if you live in Garden Grove go to another location so you can get better support and customer service from a better manager. Thank You!

I picked up an order for my customer here. It was super super slow! I arrived at 20:30 PM (Sunday, 10/19/2025) and the staff told me that my order was being processed at that moment… I had waited for like 20mins until she brought out 2 pizzas and told me the pizzas needed adding sth else and asked me to wait some 10-15mins more??? How crazy was that??? I was paid only $3.45 for that order and they had me waited for half an hour ??? No, cancelled 🙂 (and I’m not gonna be paid for that waiting time, cancelled and got no bucks). Pls train your staff to TELL THE CUSTOMERS / DRIVERS THE ESTIMATED TIME AT THE BEGINNING !!!!!!!!

This store is super welcoming, the girl working at the counter is an amazing person she made my pizza better than what I expected and they have great offers running on their app , visit this store specifically because the staff here is amazing!

Not a huge fan of LC usually but it works in a pinch, but real reason to write this review is I had exceptional customer service by the front desk man Hans or Hanz, not sure how to spell sorry, they are CRAZY busy and Hanz seems to keep the team together and is very welcoming. A shame to see how understaffed they are though, could be improved on by under management, the staff looked to be extremely busy. Regardless Hanz kept it together and even seemed to make his coworkers laugh / smile, hard to find someone like that in fast food now

I would not recommend this location. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to the attention of the store manager, Lizette, she shifted all accountability elsewhere. A collaborative solution might have been possible, but the manager failed to value their guest, leaving me disappointed.
