This spot is the best. I have been eating Pho for over 25 years and this has been the best. I was about to order for lunch right now and their Instragram is gone and their phone number is disconnected. WHAT HAPPENED? any one know?

Pickup was seamless except parking was hard to find. BF had to drive around a couple times before he found a spot. Food was packaged nicely so it didn't spill. Ordered the curry bread bowl and vegetarian vermicelli bowl. Great food. The curry was so flavorful and the bread was amazing. The spring roll in the vermicelli bowl was filled with some spices that really made it taste like a meat spring roll. Will go back to try the ragu and the pho

She is creatively dealing with the casedemic. Two for one drinks, Tasty Bun Cha with outstanding fish sauce. I'm from San Diego but luckily found this place.

My cousin first introduced me to Mama Tieu's for the egg rolls. I missed eating here so much and was so excited they had delivery. I am addicted to their grilled pork spring rolls which are grilled and then rolled into perfection. I have yet to see tears on any of my orders, both in dining and now with delivery. This is one addiction I happily support. Their Pho Filet Mignon is one of a kind. It's rare to see this offered anywhere and the meat is tender and juicy. I tried their Thai tea and loved it because I could taste the flavors and it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Definitely my go to!

Came here during COVID and was very impressed with both the food and service. I ordered a chicken curry bread bowl and it was super tasty- especially the baguette bread. I'm glad I came here since the other place next door was packed.

Ordered food from Mama Tieu's on Yelp/Grubhub many times. I think it is time to write an review. First, found the place on Yelp. The pork chop, beef noodle soup and shrimp over rice noodle were excellent. The meat ball soup is so tasty. Excellent place.

Stopped by to pickup some food as I was in the area and wasn't disappointed at all. When trying new places I try to go with tried and true entrees so I went with the shaken beef. It was everything shaken beef should be. Perfectly cooked and delicious, not too salty, it also came with salad as well which was a nice addition with how fresh it was. My only regret was not ordering more stuff to try!I'm especially excited to try the rest of the stuff on the menu when I'm in the area again, especially their pho.Along with the food, they took great COVID precautions at the restaurant. Ordering/pickup at the door, hand sanitizer available, everyone wearing masks, and even separate containers for pens to sign the receipts with (sanitized pens and used pens). Was nice to be able to grab food without worrying about any sort of danger being there.

This place is good and clean. I like it because they still serve the com cha (it's like an egg cake/meatloaf thing that's really good). They also serve the pork rind stuff with the rice dishes as well. I live around an area where all of the viet restuarants dont serve the com cha or pork rind stuff so I need to go all the way out to garden grove to get it. Some viet restaurants can be dirty and ghetto with staff that don't understand common courtesy, however, those types of places can be more authentic then some of these watered down white washed places around where I live. But here, you get the clean environment, courteous staff, and they're pretty damn authentic. Good business fundamentals Mama Tieu.

The food is so good and the service but the kitchen staff is not wearing a mask...I think they shouldThat is very good, we need breaks from the mask but you don't think it would be good to do it an area other than the kitchen, otherwise it will do for them to use them, today I saw 5 people working and only one person used it (the one who took my order) and I'm not lying if you want to say that.

Originally ordered pho filet mignon, beef stew with baguette, and egg rolls on GrubHub. However, the order got cancelled for some reason- not cool. Fortunately, someone from Mama Tieu called to clarify the order and took my new order over the phone. Mama Tieu even helped deliver my order. Such great customer service and act of kindness. Food was tasty and hot. A big plus!!

I needed to go to Anaheim so figured a side trip to Little Saigon was a bonus. Ended up getting take away from here and was very happy. Initially, I was a bit leary about the slightly higher prices but after eating, realized it was worth it. SO had a large pho with brisket and fatty brisket, I ordered the Bun Tom thit nuong cha gio, plus an order of goi cuon. The portions are very generous, seasoning was spot on, pho broth was delicious and the real test for us was no msg after effects. I think we may have found our new go to spot. No entry pickup, sanitized pens and a big bottle of hand sanitizer at the door.

Excellent veggie pho and veggie rolls. Be sure to get it without onions or carrots. That way you get more of the super yummy broccoli and mushrooms. My only suggestion is for them to get rid of more styrofoam. They use way too much.

I found this place online, and decided to try it out because there's really very few restaurants that make vegan/vegetarian options so easily accessible. Their options were nearly organized on their menus, and when I placed the order over the phone it was extremely easy. The woman who took my order was very pleasant, and quickly processed the phone order. My partner paid, and mentioned how nice it was to see a restaurant following the CDC guidelines (they were very cautious in handling the cash transaction). I also asked for extra sauces, and I was SUPER happy to see the extra containers packaged in with my food. I was extremely happy with the size of the regular vegetarian pho, and with the size of the vegetarian eggrolls--they're huge!! Also very golden brown and delicious, and the price of them is amazing. The veggies they pack are fresh (something I'm always looking out for, as it seems that vegetarian options at 'regular' pho restaurants are usually not as fresh when packaged to-go, in my personal experience. The packaging was great, and overall the food was quite amazing. I'm so happy we finally decided to try this place out after so long of debating back and forth with our usual spots. This place is definitely worth a shot. I only got the picture of the eggrolls by the time we remembered to document our first time trying this place out!

WHY, OH WHY HAVEN'T I FOUND THIS SPOT BEFORE? I've been working out here in Garden Grove for the past two years now and I haven't discovered this spot since very recently, like a week ago! Here's what I ordered: **Banh Mi (Sandwich Bites) Grilled Marinated Pork: So, this banh mi was stuffed with goodness. There were plenty of delicious pickled vegetables and chunks of delicious grilled marinated pork. One thing that was great but wasn't a great fan of was their house spicy aioli smothered on the buns. As much as I liked their house made aioli, I prefer my banh mi without the sauce. Nonetheless, no complaints besides that. Very delicious! (4/5) **Spring Rolls: For the price, the size of the spring rolls are ginormous! I understand that due to the meat shortage here, the amount of meat packed in these spring rolls were pretty sad. However, the star of this dish was their peanut dipping sauce. Hands down, best sauce I've had, ever! (4.5/5) **Vietnamese Coffee: I had ordered their ca phe sua da and requested it to be extra strong, but once I received my order, I was a bit sad. Not only was my coffee extra sweet, at the same time, it was hardly strong at all. Definitely skip out on their ca phe sua da here, not authentic. (2.5/5) Overall, pretty good food. I would love to try the pho someday!
