This restaurant is thirsty for money. Even with higher price than average for food, water is not free here, you have to buy their water bottle. When you are checking out, they will ask how much you want to tip. This is awkward. In sum, food is above average, service got 0 point which destroy the atmosphere for enjoyment.
I eat a lot of pho all the time, from a lot of different restaurants. This place is the best I’ve had in over a decade. The broth is perfect- flavorful, not overly salty, and piping hot. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The meat didn’t have that defrosted-meat texture, it tasted fresh and tender. They gave sooo much vegetables on the side and in the broth. Got the beef with mushroom sauce and salmon with mushroom sauce entrees. Both were very tasty, however they were expensive given the portion size. The restaurant is very clean, the wait staff is very friendly, and the service is fast.
