Sadly, I have to rate 1star. They definitely have changed the method of making NEM, even my latino friends could see the differences. I felt some overnight ingredients in the NEM; one of my friends and I got diarrhea after eating them.

service and food is great. just grab and go. no places to sit just go straight in from Brookhurst it is on your right hand side after you go in. tried the impossible chicken and impossible beef which is the meatless option and it tastes just like meat but not as salty!!! i absolutely loved the impossible beef... the texture, flavor and crunch was amazing. didn't feel heavy after which is a bonus. I requested the sauce that comes with the meat version (unsure if it is vegan but it is a must have!) the impossible beef is a vegetarians dream come true, healthy, delicious and nutritious. garlic fries, spicy pretty good too. this place will be my go to when i'm in OC yes they accept both cash, credit and apple pay

We used to love Nem but were disappointed with our most recent purchase. The nem part is smaller and not as flavorful. Also, it used to be pink~ish inside with slightly charred skin from grilling. Now, when you bite into the roll, the nem looks oddly white and strongly reminds me of ... fried frozen sausage?! Pretty sure they changed their cooking method and the nem being used is from the frozen pack (not freshly made anymore). 3 out of 6 rolls we ordered had broken rice paper wrap and the veggie (they didn't use whole leaves but bits and pieces ...like they used leftover veggie to make our rolls? Lol) looked bruised with yellow/brown spots. Sad to see the quality being compromised to serve a bigger crowd.

As much as I want to love this place, it doesn't meet my expectations. It's not easy to find an authentic authentic nem places for people don't know the language and what the food supposed to taste like. I was hoping the nem roll at least having the green leaves in it, my coworker told me that's sugarcane, but it doesn't? Why it doesn't have the green leaves? Why?

We ordered 40 nem nuong for Thanksgiving. The quality is average, and the service is very poor. We placed the order 1 day prior, and we had to wait in line for more than 1 hour to pick up our food. Never again will we order here.

My go to Nem Nuong cuon!! They were delicious and loved the addition of the extra crunchy onion I believe inside the spring roll! Big rolls and eating 3 would definitely make you full! Definitely check out this place when you are in OC!

Great quick place to grab a small bite. We always get their signature nem nuong and summer(scrambled eggs and Chinese sausage) rolls. Additionally tried their "special oc". Nothing special about it. The rolls are individually wrapped, and accompanied by a warm dipping sauce. Remember to take out the plastic wrap before indulging! This is located in a small plaza and parking can be easily filled. People do go in and out quick. Worst case- there's street parking.
