Today, when I bought 7 vegetarian cha gio books, the king decided to enter the king's throne room. I don't know what to say, I'm so sorry.

MUST TRY PLACE!!The most delicious vegetarian foods in the town. Mì vịt tiềm, ốc len xào dừa, bún riêu, bánh bao….everything is so yum yum. The taste is so much better than everywhere I have ever tried. This is gonna be my place now.

For my husband's simple gio, I bought a mixed veggie sate (do chay kho), stirred fried noodles (mi xao chay), asian donut (banh tieu), fried banana (chuoi chien) from NT Veggie Foods. All were very delicious! If you want some vegetarian foods, come to NT, that is located inside Viet Thuan supermarket.

I love ordering their fried bananas. I would buy 10 at a time along with their Che and soup. Their fried bananas would stay nice and crispy for hours. If I have left over for the next day, I would pop it into the air fryer for 5 mins.

I was glad to see a vegetarian food stand opened up in Viet Thuan market which was really convenient. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not good. I only ordered the vegetarian stew (do chay kho) which is typically popular and tasty but it tasted very strange, in a bad way. The tofu had a weird texture like there was corn starch mixed in with the soy, which tasted terrible. The sauce used in the stew was really thick with corn starch which also didn't taste good. The spices used for the sauce had an unusual flavor, not like the typical vegetarian flavor.Anyway, I couldn't be sure if it was the strange spices or maybe the food was spoiled. Probably won't be coming back any time soon.

We’ve tasted every item on the menu and Master Chef Minh Thuyen’s cooking never disappoints. As Buddhist vegetarians, we’ve been avid supporters since the previous location on Trask Ave. It’s rare to find an eatery where everything is seasoned to perfection and portions are great for the price, making this a to-go spot for our non-vegetarian relatives.

Vegetarian options: Everything is made fresh by the Buddhist monk so you know it’s as authentic as can be.

(Translated by Google) Tried most of Thay's vegetarian dishes cooked here, very tasty and satisfying (vermicelli soup, vermicelli, noodle soup, cake soup...????). No.1 pepper cake, besides, I have tea, delicious, but please advise if coconut milk should be kept separate, because coconut water for making tea is easy to spoil and some people don't like coconut milk. ????
