Ordered black pepper chicken and fried rice at the drive thru. Instead I got walnut shrimp and beef. They gave me an entirely different order. If I was allergic to nuts and shellfish this would have been a serious case. The workers here need to pay more attention because it seems to be a common problem here. These issues will cause the store to close down.

The food tasted fine, but one thing that was annoying was when I was ordering I said half and half followed by chow mein and fried rice. As well as honey walnut shrimp, then the employee closed the plate. I wasn’t finished yet but he moved on. I asked I also want orange chicken then he said I said chow mein for entree when I didn’t. Then he opened it and removed some of my chow mein which left me with an abysmal amount of chow mein. You can’t just put it in the plate then take it out. That’s some bs.

I walked up to the counter and ask for a medium entree of orange chicken but the guy at the counter said no we're closed, even though everything was still out the door was open and people were in the restaurant.they told me to leave and said drive thru is open which doest help me cause I don't have a car

The store at 12971 Beach Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92841 has to be the worst mismanaged Panda Express out there. 6 out of 10 times they get my order wrong. I get the wrong food. I ask for sauces and don't get them in the bag, and a few times I was missing side orders. I have complained to the manager more than once yet nothing seems to change. Just today I only got ONE correct item of my 3 combo order. The other 2 items were not what I ordered. At this point I am done with this location.

We went through the drive thru and we had to wait 15 minutes just for some chicken and then they only give us a small amount like if we are gonna wait 15 minutes atleast put a decent amount instead of a small portion

Always get undercooked soggy chicken and Shrimp . The food quality isnt good. Been there several times always the same thing everytime didnt wanna wait for better cooked meat.or they hook me up woth all the veggies instead of protien hahah daanng

I understand you shouldn't waste food but we watched as the employee reluctantly gave us dry hard pieces of teriyaki chicken. It was time for these to get thrown out, not served to customers. The pieces were small, dark and hard. Tasted and looked completely different than the piece they cut fresh for us.
