surprisingly quality brownie? decadent like the name but never crossing into that cloying-heavy chocolate of sickly-sweet territory; dangerously easy to eat. just the prices seem to run higher at this spot so the indulgence is taxed but given the higher quality compared to some other bakery chains, its a lovely sweet-treat spot.

The Blueberry Chiffon cake is my favorite here. It is beautifully decorated with perfection and the design is different each year. I also love the Rainbow Cake which is super colorful, and the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake is always delicious!!

I came here 4 times to get HOT Cafe Latte, first time it was amazing. However second, third and fourth time were terrible. Idk why they keep giving me a WARM Cafe Latte, by the time i reach my car it’s already cold. That’s all, I don’t need a written apology from the shop because it won’t help, keep it. Thanks!
My uncle bought a cake from this bakery and said he asked to buy the best cake. He said, even the manager went out to pick the cake for him so he knew for sure this was the best cake. They boxed it up for him and he brought it right over. Upon inspection, the raspberries were moldy. Upon eating, the cake was moist and was indeed "not too sweet". I would recommend the cake if you like eating cake with a side of hair. Yes, hair in the cake. Now I see why this is the "best cake". More like he became the "best opportunity" to get rid of this cake. I didn't want to alert the guests so we did the best we could to cover up the situation. Very disappointed in this bakery.

Due to a staff mistake, I received an iced latte that I did not order. When I said that I hadn’t ordered an iced drink, the staff immediately show me the receipt and told me you had ordered an iced drink. I was baffled. Isn’t it the staff’s job to take the order, click the correct menu item on the computer, and prepare the order? I didn’t even hear a single apology. In fact, I ended up drinking a cheaper hot latte but paid for the more expensive iced latte. I should have been offered a refund, but there was no mention of that, and I didn’t receive one either. I decided to just think of it as a tip, but the incident left me feeling not good for the entire day, so I’m leaving this review. I hope you properly train your staff in customer service.
