This is our second time at this rather famous Pho joint in Orange County. It even received a James Beard classic award back in 2021. This is our 2nd Pho Crawl this year (the 1st one was in Seattle). We were totally underwhelmed. We thought the first time, it might have been an off day but this time, it was the same. The broth is quite bland and the noodles were overcooked. Pho 79 is the best pho restaurant that I've tried in Westminster. It is a James Beard Foundation Award winner for its pho, and it's well-deserved.
