*3.5% credit card fee. Recommended pay by cash. The restaurant has a different name, but still the same location. Food that was served today was great, got the house special and short rib pho, definitely enough one bowl per person. Additionally we got the fried roll from the first page on the menu, and the baked bone marrow somewhere in the middle of the page. Overall pricing is a little higher than other pho but in an acceptable range (somewhere between $1-5 difference). Lots of variety to choose from, which is nice. Maybe trying their seafood next time. The boy serving us at the beginning was wonderful, polite and helpful. There was another server which I believe has a little language barrier so it was a little difficult to communicate?Wasn't busy for 7pm Saturday night, but parking was somewhat packed in the plaza.Lastly, I like to have something sweet at the end of the meal. Too full to drink so I got ice cream. It would be nice if there were other options besides Gelato - no doubt coconut was delicious, just somewhat pricey.

If you haven't tried their Pho, this is the most authentic-tasting Pho there is. The broth is amazing, not super salty like most places. I would even drink the broth like a tea. Mouth watering.Additionally, the brisket beef was such great quality, not chewy like the other places in GG. It was nicely thinly sliced, and delicious. The wait is not even long, so why not check this place out now. Will definitely be back.PS, so sorry, we forgot to tip, so we will come back and drop a fat tip next time.

They change the restaurant name to “The Moo Gelato & Eats” but overall the same 3.5% fee on the payment as many bad reviews about this. So when you use credit card they want to profit on the fees on your card.I eat out alot and this is my first time seeing this “Non cash payment” charge and when I asked the lady cashier said this is the restaurant policy.

A good bowl of Pho - a bit greasy when I visited.Their pho Tai was pretty good and it doesn't have strong smell of herbs or canned broth. Restaurant is tidy. Only thing was broth was a bit too greasy - it could be an isolated incident t on the day I visited. Their iced Vietnamese coffee is VERY sweet!

Hands down the most terrible dining experience ever. Had to pay for ice water, orders came out wrong and are somehow our fault, and the server enjoys rolling his eyes after each request. Food quality isn't worth the money.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely unfriendlyWheelchair accessibility: They critized our handicapped needs

Ok whoever said the broth is missing anything is a friggin weirdo! This place is ? the best pho in town hand to Jah!They best if the best I've ever had! Very fresh, from the broth to the egg rolls! Wow the meat....let me tell you.. the filet mignon... it was so tender and the most beautiful taste! So happy right now enjoying the meal on the patio with my dog. The guy that brought our food was more than kind and very handsome! This is now my new pho spot! Thank you so much you guys for warming up my tummy and heart! I'm coming back tomorrow to try the Hainan chicken soup!

The food is decent, not bad. But the customer service is terrible. The guy literally acts like he doesn’t want to serve you. When you ask for something, he constantly says anything else. Because he wants to bring it all at once. I get it if it was busy, but there was nobody else. Also they charge for water & they don’t tell you. How ridiculous is that! & a 3.5% fee for credit card. NEVER coming back here.

I’m not sure how to describe this place. I got there around 830 pm after Disneyland and I was hungry for Pho ga. I walked in and the men was not happy at all. He yelled that it’s late and got mad at his staff for not closing the door. I was in anyway. All I got was a horrible bowl of Pho with scattered meat. He was very rude to me and I was too tired to tell him how rude he was. Don’t go here. Go elsewhere. Your money is worth paying elsewhere, definitely not this place.

Owner changed, now it's Pho 68. They are picking up customers only because of Pho 86's fame. We went in not noticing the change and it's the last time we will eat here. The broth is salty and lacking at the same time. The meat isn't sliced right and very tough to eat. There are too many pho restaurants in this area to go here. We cannot recommend.

Now called pho 68. Do not go here! Ownership has changed! Broth is super jacked up with msg, major after taste. Will not go here ever again. They will charge you for water 75 cents. Do not sit where they won't see you. Other wise sit in front of the cashier. If you want good pho go to Pho Lu. This was a bad experience I sat down for about 10 minutes I had to go up to the cashier to order. Left no tip cuz the water was 75 cents.

Don't even waste timeMost food we wanted are outAs well as the drinks I even joked at the waitress that if they don't have food they should just closeThey had to get bread next door (waitress said it's also theirs so she recommended to buy some there) Because there's not much to order on the menuAnyways when I got home I realized they charged us for ice water ? What?
