Usually I get oxtails for so many times. It’s really good the last two times I complained about the meat it’s not done and it’s slimy. The owner ignored me completely this time and talked to the other employees and they all laughed. I barely finished my food and I got up I pay the full price and I left, never again I’ve been living near this restaurant for five years it’s gone worse and worse I do not recommend it to no one

I ordered the oxtail noodle soup. The broth is sensational. Thai tea is good. Eggrolls are big and delicious. Fish sauce was too fishy for me... I still dipped in it, hahaha.

Staff can me very rude. (The women to be exact) There is an older man that normally takes orders and he is always so pleasant and easy to communicate with. I have never had issues when he takes our families orders for dine in or take out. As for the women, they really can make you feel uncomfortable with the way they question you when they bring out the incorrect orders.

Walked in wanting to place an order for takeout. Stood behind guy in line until he was done with the hostess who then proceeded to completely ignore me as I looked her directly in the face. Eventually she gets to talking to another employee there in Vietnamese about God knows what until I ask him if I can get something to go. I swear this man then stares at me blankly, saying nothing, then continues the conversation like nothing happened. I felt like I was in a dream.

We came here on this rainy day for some good pho/food based on a friend's recommendation. I'll assume it's the owners as they were doing it all were very nice and friendly. The food was decent especially for the price.

I will never come here again because of how the employees treated us. First of all I use to come here over 10 years ago and in my opinion it was amazing when I was younger and had no complaints. But I went here one night around 2:15 am and they served us after a night I went to the club it was about 4 of us and we all got the steak and eggs and it was delicious, in fact it was so delicious that i ordered another item for take out and served it no problems. But a few days after I called in to see what time they closed and the person on the phone said they close at 3 but stop serving at 2:30 am which was no problem since we were close by and I wanted to take a different group of friends here so they can experience the first time i came here a few days before that night, person on the phone said they stop serving at 2:30am which was fine since we arrived 2:15 again and the older male who I do not know if he was manager or owner wouldn't let us order and kept suggesting another pho place by a mall and gave us wrong directions after we left, we yelped another pho restaurant which was opened for 24 hours called Pho thanh. This place is so embarrassing because over the phone they confirmed they can serve us before 2:30 but even us arriving at 2:15 am they rejected our order and kept suggesting for us to go somewhere better. It was so embarrassing because i brought friends here because I was bragging about this yummy restaurant after 2am, but i wont be coming here anymore and will bring any business i have to Pho Thanh after a night out at the clubs with friends, only request is Please do not say we can order at 2:30am if you do not want to serve and make people was gas, time and effort especially at 2am in the morning.

Update to add: Tonight I didn't feel like having pho so I got the Vermicelli with Grilled Pork (bun thit nuong). Definitely hit the spot and it is soooo delicious! This noodle bowl is packed with veggies and is served with fish sauce on the side. Pour it in and you're good to go!

This restaurant was fine a few months ago but today it was the worst because the waitress filled the the pho broth all the way to the rim and then the waitress slides the bowl across the table so that the bowl could get to the other person that ordered it and while she was sliding it the bowl fell onto my leg and because of that I got a 2nd degree burn because the broth was boiling hot.
