The first time, I noticed it was dark and gloomy. This time around, I saw fresh paint but a poor atmosphere. Granted, there were going to close in 2 hours, and it was during the week. The TV had nothing on it but seemed to be waiting to display something. One of the workers, possibly a co-owner, had a very strong body order while cleaning the tables (Please address this). I was afraid of the salad since it was not covered. Lastly, the pizza we got was basic, so it did not match the poster. Could be because the poster shows a Pan.

I ordered a pint of 805 and the guy poured me a mug, a 12oz mug. I said that's not a pint. He said it was and walked away. I drank down my little 12oz beer and told the next guy This isn't a pint and he said No, it isn't and gave me a giant to go cup of 805 for free!? ? ? And the pizza was pretty ? good.

Our recent visit to this Round Table left much to be desired. We ordered the small BBQ chicken pizza and a small build-your-own pizza, and the bill totaled a staggering $45, which is excessive for 2 small pizzas. Upon entering the bathroom, we were immediately greeted to the smell of strong urine. It was so messy and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Not to mention, the indoor dining area appeared neglected, with little evidence of proper cleaning even when customers departed. To add to the disappointment, our server not only delivered the wrong pizza but failed to offer us an apology for the mistake. Overall, the combination of exorbitant prices, unsanitary conditions, and lackluster service left me thoroughly unimpressed.

When I walk to the front desk, a stuff over there even don’t say hello, when I say I am ordering then no responses to me, obviously I am not welcomed, and I insist on seeing their menu standing at the front desk for almost 7 minutes, again, no one helps me here, then I am leaving.

If I had the option to give a negative 5 star I would. Whoever responded from this branch is very rude and has no knowledge of customer service. This guy has the worst attitude and I hope the HQ educates this guy. I never in my life had someone hang up on me, especially from a Round Table employee.I asked to send me a refund invoice to my email because the pizza that I ordered online was supposed to be delivered by 5:30 PM. At 5:30, I called this branch and said they'd arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called them for an ETA and their new ETA changes to 30 more min for being "busy". That's when I told them that I'd like to cancel and get refund. Whoever was on the phone apologized and stated a refund will be processed. 15 minutes later I get a call from the delivery man saying that he's "almost" here. This tells me that they did not communicate to each other and the refund was not processed. I called back this branch and asked for a refund. Only heard excuses that they are too busy and no apologies. In the midst of asking for a refund the guy hangs up on me.I'm just hoping to receive my refund because I basically paid for being disrespected.

I never got my order, so I canceled it, but the deliveryman called me awhile later that he's here with order. So I called the store again - and guess what the order was not canceled. Then why the other staff told me she canceled and refunded it? The store manager even cut off the conversation and hung up the call without any apologies. I don't know if it's refunded. The worst delivery system ever.

There's a lot of pizza choices these days but Round Table is one of those companies it's been around for a very long time. Yes there are cheaper places to buy pizza but if you try one of their pizzas you understand why they may be double in price. Every time I buy a pizza there all the ingredients are fresh they don't taste like your Little Caesars or any other cheaper pizza places out there. With the day and age that we live in and the cost of running a business and using good quality ingredients that are fresh this is the day and age that we are in now so you're going to pay the price. I don't mind paying extra every time I buy a large pizza there all the toppings are fresh and it really brings flavor to the pizza. Every time I bite into their Pizza I can taste every flavor of each topping and that's the way it should be. So if you want a flavorful Pizza this is the place to come. So don't complain about pricing you get what you pay for these days and if you want a good quality pizza with flavor this is the place to come.
Pizza was great, Ordered the king Arthur and BBQ chicken, plus a few other items. Nadia took our order and was friendly as well as courteous. I recommend this place. 7/8

Joban was amazing!!! We had a large party here (50+) tonight and Joban and his team were so accommodating to our needs. The party room was a perfect size, and the food was out fast. Definitely would recommend!

Wings were raw never going back to this round table.. the service was ridiculous they don't give u a number for ur order there's a guy running around trying to figure out who's order is who's when u dine in it's a total shit show...and the guy taking ur order is rude.
