Food was good. Service was a little rough. I ordered to go. It took near an hour for the food to be ready, which I get it kitchens get backed up. But then I get back to the hotel and there are no napkins forks anything in the bag.
Food was decent. Service time was super slow
The made me and my friend wait like 10-15 minutes to sit down, 3/4th of the restaurant was empty. Once seated they gave us menus right away and then asked us what we wanted to order. We needed time to look at the menu, then the waiter didn’t comeback or forgot about us, then a different person came out to take our order. The calamari was good. The other dish I ordered was ok but to sweet for my taste.
Fasai Thai is a restaurant known for its authentic Thai food. The best Thai food in Orange County has been a favorite spot for almost a decade. The Pad Ki Mow and Pad Thai are so good, and the Masamun Curry with coconut is incredible. The Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The food ordered (pad Thai, Tom yum noodle, pad see ew and fried rice with chicken) were amazing. The portions are huge, the prices are very reasonable. Crab fried rice is A+, Tofu Tom yum soup is A-, Beef pad woonsen is A+ and the Satay chicken gets an A-. Finish it all up with a dessert of Sticky Rice with Mango or Coconut ice cream. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant crew very friendly. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. One drawback is that the only accept Zelle or Cash. Highly recommended.
