I rarely go to Starbucks anymore although I like them I re-evaluated what I was spending DAILY and couldn’t believe it. That being said I do visit about once every few months and yesterday I stopped by this location on my way to work. My order was a Peppermint white mocha 8pumps peppermint what I got was a regular peppermint mocha. This is the second time I’ve visited this specific location and gotten the wrong drink both times. Located in Orange County, this Starbucks Coffee Company is a nice remodeled, very modern and chic location. It offers both inside and outside seating area, with several tables and some outdoor seating. Customers can use the drive through or walk in. Parking can hassle at certain hrs of the day, but most are okey for a spot. The music is great, and the bathroom is kept locked so there are not homeless people blocking it up. There is no drive-through blocking the parked cars in. Great for study, meeting, or doing some work. The customer service is nice, with a whole staff that is amazing, extremely friendly, and generous. Drinks are on point, though one customer ordered an Iced Dubai Chocolate matcha that tasted nothing different from a regular matcha latte, noting a recurring issue of making wrong drinks. However, everything ordered is perfect the first time for others. There are always new, delicious treats to try. They have both foods, snacks pastries. A golden loves going here for his pup cup. Best Starbucks location hands down.
