I have been a long time customer of Subway and it is my go to place for a sub sandwich but lately there has been a large problem. The closest place to me changed staff an in the last 3 trips, I ordered my usual HOT pastrami sandwich. When asked I answered her "no I did not want the bread toasted" and all 3 times received a cold pastrami sandwich. Pastrami is to be served hot whether the bread is toasted or not.
