It's freshly made. The drive through doesn't mean to drive up, pay and get going. It's the convience not to step out of the car.
I always ask for them to take their time, not to rush. They are prepping ur order, so don't expect it to be magically done the second u pay. Allow them the time to properly make ur order fresh and correct.
All the drive thru rushing became polarized that ur orders will be swiftly made, not fresh, not tasty. It's best to allow them prep than to have half baked bc u expect it to be done once you pay. Don't ruin a good meal for everyone else just bc ure in a rush expecting drive thru is a magic lane to surve ur order immediately. A lot of drive thru ruin it for a person like me who likes it fresh and delicious
I went to this Taco Bell today. I had two orders and I told them I had two orders. They gave me my first order. I asked for my second one and they told me to drive back through the drive through. This was a waste of time. They have horrible customer service and don’t know what there doing. Do better.

ordered a luxe combo box wanted steak chalupa supreme, got chicken wanted beefy 5-layer burrito, comes out 95% tortilla with barely any filling wanted supreme crunchy taco and got a regular one didnt think to check when given the box but honestly not sure how it was messed up this bad, only thing right about my order was the chips and cheese side

I'll simply go to the Del Taco that's across the street. I'm not exaggerating... Look at the amount of low ratings at this location....

Ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos for pick-up via drive through. They were almost half the size of ones I've received from other locations recently and they were all missing the creamy jalapeno sauce and had almost no nacho cheese sauce.
It's worth it to drive a bit further to go to a different location.

This taco bell used to be soooo good 10 years ago. The quality of the food is terrible. The workers hear what they wanna hear and don't give you what you ask for. I want extra cheese... always get charged for it... never get it... and they always tend to forget to give you your soda when u got through the drive through.... I avoid this taco bell at all costs and just go to del taco down the street.
The food wasn’t bad, like it was just thrown together; seemingly unrecognizable from what I was expecting.. the service is what made me feel the need to post. The cashier asked “what do you want?” In a way that made us think we were bothering her, snd when I asked for the code to the restroom she rolled her eyes and said “again?” I told her I’d never been here before and she rolls her eyes at us and said she would open it for me and that we didn’t need the code.. the whole experience was weird and low key insulting, I’d be surprised if we ever went back to THAT Taco Bell because of the service…

Unfortunately this was a bad enough experience that I chose to submit a review in hopes that the team may work on the mistakes and hygiene encountered. The place was a mess, there was food on almost every seat I thought about sitting in as I originally planned to dine in. That quickly went out of the door. I asked to use the restroom and they very rudely stated it was only for customers to which I replied I have an online order. The restroom was horrid, smelled of feces and probably because there were smearing all over the walls like a madhouse. I did not even use it. The food was poorly made and took about 12min to receive, it was not even a combo. Some of the meat was cold, I threw it out. Very disappointing. ):

The employees during the night are rude and impatient, we wanted to use a coupon and they were rushing us and they were very rude about it and they were talking to each other complaining about me using the coupon. I never felt more embarrassed and lower then a person in my life.
