ordered a luxe combo box wanted steak chalupa supreme, got chicken wanted beefy 5-layer burrito, comes out 95% tortilla with barely any filling wanted supreme crunchy taco and got a regular one didnt think to check when given the box but honestly not sure how it was messed up this bad, only thing right about my order was the chips and cheese side

Ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos for pick-up via drive through. They were almost half the size of ones I've received from other locations recently and they were all missing the creamy jalapeno sauce and had almost no nacho cheese sauce.
It's worth it to drive a bit further to go to a different location.

This taco bell used to be soooo good 10 years ago. The quality of the food is terrible. The workers hear what they wanna hear and don't give you what you ask for. I want extra cheese... always get charged for it... never get it... and they always tend to forget to give you your soda when u got through the drive through.... I avoid this taco bell at all costs and just go to del taco down the street.

The food wasn’t bad, like it was just thrown together; seemingly unrecognizable from what I was expecting.. the service is what made me feel the need to post. The cashier asked “what do you want?” In a way that made us think we were bothering her, snd when I asked for the code to the restroom she rolled her eyes and said “again?” I told her I’d never been here before and she rolls her eyes at us and said she would open it for me and that we didn’t need the code.. the whole experience was weird and low key insulting, I’d be surprised if we ever went back to THAT Taco Bell because of the service…

Unfortunately this was a bad enough experience that I chose to submit a review in hopes that the team may work on the mistakes and hygiene encountered. The place was a mess, there was food on almost every seat I thought about sitting in as I originally planned to dine in. That quickly went out of the door. I asked to use the restroom and they very rudely stated it was only for customers to which I replied I have an online order. The restroom was horrid, smelled of feces and probably because there were smearing all over the walls like a madhouse. I did not even use it. The food was poorly made and took about 12min to receive, it was not even a combo. Some of the meat was cold, I threw it out. Very disappointing. ):

The employees during the night are rude and impatient, we wanted to use a coupon and they were rushing us and they were very rude about it and they were talking to each other complaining about me using the coupon. I never felt more embarrassed and lower then a person in my life.

I used to like coming in here for my occasional junk food /// value-fake Mexican food experience. The baha blast was a high point and still is but the place has changed. Ate here on friday with my wife and had the cheese box meal and an addition cheese it crunch wrap between us. We both ended up so sick to our stomach for days. I am still not at 100% and now it's Sunday morning. Also worth mentioning their service sucks. Ever since they put the self service kiosks in the service has fallen away.

I ordered a hot cinnamon delight coffee got home tasted it and it tasted like water. Usually when I come to this taco bell I never have an issue you could taste it. But today it didn't have much flavor at all. I called the store and let the girl know about the water down coffee they gave me and said it comes made already like that but then says they add the pumped syrups to it. Like really they probably didn't add enough to my drink SMH 😕 she didn't offered for me to go back and get a new one. I paid for this coffee & usually get it & its always good on flavor not too little not too much but today wasn't it tasted like water. I would think she would know what to do in this situation but apparently not. This is my go to taco bell but I was unsatisfied with the hot cinnamon delight, the way she handled the situation, and the costumer service. Will be going to a different taco bell from now on. I personally work at a fast paced food restaurant and when the costumer is unsatisfied we always make sure our costumers are happy with what they order and if not we correct it. 😉 This girl was at the drive thru cashier that made my drink, morning shift around 9am Wednesday September 25, 2024. Please make sure you check your drinks before you leave the drive thru people you might just get a water down drink.
