Delicious and very affordable

I got the Blended Taro drink, had them make it unsweet to avoid too much sugar. It actually tasted amazing and was much appreciated in the hot weather.

The staff gave helpful suggestions and were polite.

I wish $8-10 wasn't typical for a drink like this, but that seems to be within the standard range for the area. In the heat it was worth it. I would go back.

Great drinks and smooth pick-ups.This location is super convenient if you just want to pick up your boba drink. There's just 2 windows: one to order from and the other to pick-up from. Everything on the menu is super tasty and refreshing. I highly recommend getting any of their Specialteas because they add actual fruit bits to the drinks.* The Unknown: 10/10 - delicious and has actual longan bits* Passion Attraction: 10/10 - nice and sweetThere's no interior or tables outside to enjoy your drinks, but we didn't mind. They seemed to be really busy, but the workers were still nice and accommodating. The shop located in a large plaza which a supermarket so parking shouldn't be too difficult.We love stopping by here!

This is not a walk-in sit down type of store. They have like a drive thru window for you to order from outside the store but you have to ring the bell to get someone to come to the window, you can’t actually go into the store inside, I am like what…a little heha

Cashier was very friendly and helpful. My drink came slightly messed up, I ordered lite stevia and they gave me lite sweet instead, I have hyperglycemia so I got to be counting my sugar intake… The drink was still amazing, so I am okay with that because I am very happy that they gave me a pink straw lol

I’m sorry to say this but this place needs customer service improvement. I’m alittle late on this but the last time I visit here , they would focus on mobile orders and took almost 15+ minutes to take care of the front. Many people were waiting in line before me and no one took our order yet. When I pressed the buzzer one of the employee with an attitude yelled at us “GIVE US A MINUTE” while still taking out the mobile orders (mind me they weren’t there yet) and not helped us out yet. The boba is delicious but the service here is foul.

Food and drinks have been great for me. Sometimes they get really busy and you’ll be standing waiting for up to 15 minutes for your order. So if you’re looking to pick up on your work break, order online ahead of time.Down side, parking is really scarce.

Really bad service they take forever every time I come. It’s not the first time I come and I have to wait at least 10 minutes to order one drink not counting the 20 minutes. You have to wait for them to make it . today I stopped by from work and had to wait 10 minutes in line with my crying baby outside in the cold all for them to tell me that they could not take my $40 order because they cannot accept my$50 bill. Guess they didn’t have $10 in change ??‍♀️.

Bought 2 large drink. One of them is Matcha Milktea with extra Matcha powder. They forgot to put sugar for the drink. I don't see extra Matcha as well. So disappointed.
