Tea Otter, located near Dalat and Costco, is a cute boba shop with a hipster vibe. The Otter Day and Jasmine Lychee drinks were not impressive, but the Passionfruit Boba, Thai Boba tea, Matcha Boba, and Jasmine Lychee were tasty. Limited parking is available, and they offer a variety of kid-friendly drinks. The boba can sometimes clump together, but overall, the drinks are good and easy to order.
