Right when we walked in no one treated us. We picked a seat and sat down and this employee walks over to us minutes later. She handed us the menu and my dad in Vietnamese said what vegetarian food do you recommend? Mind you we are from North Cali so we aren’t used to this place. She mugged us and said there’s only two things soft and hard stir fry noodles. My dad choose hard crispy noodles and she said no do soft. And so my dad said fine. She talked the menu back mugged us and walked away. The food came out really slow and we were the only one there at the time. I also felt like she mugged us when she walked over to us as well. We are just sadden that this was the treatment we got especially her change in attitude when we said we are vegetarian. Thank you for losing a customer:)

Great drinking food. The owner and staff are very nice. They take good care of their customer and provide exellent service. Safe place to get drunk :).

Summary: Terrible service, poor quality food, and lack of care in customers.

Quality of the food and service has worsened over the past year. We were seated and ordered immediately. Upon food arrival we said we had not ordered this seafood noodle dish and the waiter even CONFIRMED we didn’t as we actually ordered a BEEF with noodle dish. The young lady came out again (aggressively) claiming we did after she said we didn’t which left us all confused. We still had to pay for a dish we couldn’t eat as it was horrifying but we didn’t bother and continue eating everything else. We also ordered over $100 worth of food and was “gifted” a fried whole fish which we all took a bite and immediately had to spit it out. Never in my life I have ever had THAT nasty of a fish, it was mushy, stinky, and overall inedible almost like it was NOT FRESH and had been spoiled therefore it was given for free. Our table left the fish there because everyone thought it tasted like rotten. No one ever checked up on our table nor asked if we needed anything during our dine in to the point I had to grab things I needed and even had to bring out my OWN food to the table.

We will never return. This was by far the worst dinner experience. I recommend going to a different and better place!

It was excellent until came back a month later & it was a disaster. Ordered 2 same size & same things. It was waste of time & $! Quantity was1/2 less & lack of flavor. Therefore, I tried new dish; goat curry & it’s OK.I think it’s new chef that tried & failed. I rather have something else recommended to me instead of serving me bad food…Good buy & good luck.?.5 stars for customers services.

Food here is delicious! Had such a good experience and would definitely been back. I’ve been here multiple times when I’m in the area and I always will be back! everything from the snails to the rice to the drinks are so good! I personally loved the seafood crispy noodles and I definitely recommend it.

‘After returning from Hollywood Universal Studio,
My family went to Tram Chim in McFadden to eat.
Ordered 3 shakes of beef rice and brought it out, but there was no rice.
Temporary salty fish fried rice dish.
When I ordered crispy fried tofu, the lettuce was bruised and tattered with a few strands of hair left over.
Order clams stir-fried with cinnamon leaves until it's time to bring them out. Bleached snails cannot be eaten. I asked my family to pack it up for everyone to see. I will never go to this restaurant again

Great Vietnamese drink food, portion slightly small. Wish the restroom was a little more clean.

sit on the toilet and eat hamburger to be better than sit here to eat their food! food is very dirty without clean and not fresh (spoiled with spices to cover them up)
