my dad bought me some banh têt from here in january. i froze it since i was going out of town. defrosted it this week and anxiously awaited some delicious banh têt... only to open up this tragedy. no pork, when the label's ingredients say there is pork! wtf. you can't charge close to $30 for these when there is no meat either btw. what a disappointing rip off. my family will not be getting our new year treats from here in the future that is for sure.

Fantastic place in Garden Grove. This place has it all if you like Vietnamese deserts, lots of sweet things to be had along with some savory too. Don't go in here and shop when you are hungry as you will end up buying more than you need.

Ordered our wedding cake from here and they delivered! We had a 4 tiered cake with strawberry and mocha flavor that our guests enjoyed. We brought flowers from the florist across the street and asked them to place however they think looked best. They delivered to the reception on time and had no issues. After the wedding we returned the cake trays and got our $50 deposit back. Cake was beautiful, tasty, and service was friendly and easy! Good price for what we got! Can't beat OC prices! Ask for Tiffany.

As a little girl, growing up in Little Saigon, I would always be in awe of their wedding cake displays. My family and I have been buying Van's bakery cakes for years and years and so I knew that one day, when I get married, I will buy a Van's Bakery wedding cake, and that's exactly what I did! The process of ordering the cake was super easy. The workers are so knowledgeable in the size of cake I'd need for my guest count. With a 5 tier cake I was able to choose two flavors. I went with my 2 absolute faves, coconut cake and strawberry cake. All I had to do was choose a design and provide the flowers, which worked out because I was able to pick and choose what flowers to go on the cake. After a series of last minute changes due to rain, the one constant was the outcome of my wedding cake. It looked beautiful and taste delicious!

My favorite place for Asian cakes that are soft and perfectly sweet. This Van's bakery is the best with customer service and cleanliness in my opinion. Cakes are made to order or you can order in advanced or custom cakes ordered weeks in advanced. They have so many selections of drinks and other snack and pastries. My favorite cakes are fresh strawberry and pandan coconut cake! They are a childhood memory and forever favorite in our household! The girls are always accommodating and pleasant to work with. We love Van's bakery!

Recent bride here and I had to share the amazing experience I had at Van's Bakery. They made it so easy to select the style and flavor of cake. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Van was amazing providing expertise anywhere I had questions. They also have cake stands available to rent to make your cake have more wow factor without having to add an additional layer to the cake! I ended up not being able to use it because the table was too small and they took it back no problem. They are also able to deliver the cake as well which made my wedding day stress free! For the cake we had a strawberry cream layer (my favorite) and and coffee layer (my parents favorite) and my guest gave it the highest complement possible soft and not too sweet!
