Food was delicious. Amazing service. We had a great time at Saigon Vegan.
Always exceptionally delicious and flavorful food, and wonderful service! Our entire family always loves coming here, even the non-vegan family members!
Delicious vegan food! Great viet coffee! Lovely family owned atmosphere
Every bite feels like an experience . Great portions for a great price. I can taste the love they put into the food . Very filling . I love their made from scratch vegan meatballs, I recommended the beef stew . Very hearty , earthy , and heavy in flavor . Totally recommended this place and one of the best vegan Asian food spots in California !!!
My first time eating here & I love the food! So many yummy things on the menu I want to try! We had garlic noodles & a BBQ porkless dish so tasty & LOVED the egg rolls❣️
Very friendly lady who took my order, very pleasant dining area!
So many great options here and the service is always great. My favorite dish is the vermicelli bowl. We have come here many times over the years and it's never disappointed. If you've met had been thai tea you have to try it! They also have good flan if you're looking for dessert.
We always love Saigon Vegan. We moved away and hadn’t had it in two years, we came back and it was just as good as we remembered! I love the yellow curry, egg roles, orange cauliflower dish, and the vermicelli bowl! Tony the owner does an amazing job of quality food and top notch service/care to make you feel at home eating great vegan food!
The accommodations and kindness were fabulous. Making our order just so and helping us to feel like we could eat our choices and that it was easy for them.
The food and service have always been wonderful at Saigon Vegan. Our favorites are Portebello Tenders, Pho, Royal Noodle soup, Vermicelli with eggrolls, bun rieu noodle soup, garlic noodle, chickn curry bowl, beef stew, many more!
It is a family restaurant and they always treat us nice. Their dishes are not oily or salty either. Love it! It is our go to restaurant in OC.

Very attentive host, and the food is delicious!
My friends and I came here for dinner and we had a fantastic experience at Saigon Vegan. The food was incredibly tasty with authentic flavors that really hit the spot. I was especially impressed by their plant-based “meat” — they tasted just like the real thing! The customer service was excellent. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they really care about the dining experience and their customers. High recommended!
This food was exceptional. I absolutely loved the fried portobello mushrooms and the soup. The service set it over the top as everyone one was welcoming and very helpful. If this was in my neighborhood it would be one of my staple restaurants.
Affordable amazing Vegan Vietnamese food. Perfect for a quick lunch 🤤🙏
Ordered this for delivery. As much as I want to support vegan restaurants.. what I ordered was questionable.
First- putting hashbrown, spring mix, lettuce, cucumbers, and garlic aioli.. WHY WHY WOULD YOU TAINT A CLASSIC BANH MI even if being vegan would you add these ingredients?? It tasted horrible. So salty, so weird with the garlic and bitterness of the spring mix as well as the texture of the lettuce. Also WHY is the carrots and daikon so little and SALTY? It's suppose to be sweeter. I could not finish this.
I know what a traditional banh mi tastes like as well as a good vegan banh mi and this was an insult to my culture and my taste buds.
Second- The beef stew.. ofc I've had the traditional as well as moms homemade vegan beef stew aka Bo Kho (chay). For some reason I tasted an overwhelming taste of carrots and tomatoes.. why did the soup taste like tomatoes and it was too sweet? I have no idea. I had a challenging time finishing this.
Overall, I'm willing to try the other dishes only because this place is vegan but I most definitely will NOT have the beef stew nor the banh mi again. Sad.
If you want THE BEST vegan banh mi you'd have to visit Dong Hung Vien Bakery. ~ 10 mins away from here.
