This is the Gardena outlet of the Taiwanese fast food Bafang Dumpings. I just had their one dozen steamed dumplings and hot and sour soup combination. Dumplings are exactly same taste as the other outlet in Torrance. One really good dish here is the beef noodle soup which is really excellent. Hot and sour soup is using white pepper powder as the spice so it is quite tolerable. This location has many other restaurants near by so it will not be busy. Plenty of parking in this strip...
The beef noodle soup has plenty of meat and a flavorful broth.
The hot and sour soup is rich with ingredients and very satisfying.
The fried pork chop is well-seasoned and full of flavor.
Both the pan-fried and boiled dumplings taste just like freshly made ones — delicious.
