Shin-Sen-Gumi Shabu-Shabu is a small establishment where making reservations is helpful. The service is quick, and the food comes out promptly. Some tables might have to share pots due to limited availability. The portions are good, but prices are a bit high. It's a nice place to visit occasionally. The restaurant offers discounts, especially for seniors, and serves ice-cold Sapporo draft beer. The tonkotsu base is a favorite among customers, with good meat quality. Pork belly is highlighted as a top choice. Recently, the staff has received praise for their amazing service, making it a recommended spot for Shabu-Shabu enthusiasts looking for a decent meal in a casual setting. Shin-Sen-Gumi Shabu-Shabu delivers quality and freshness, and is known for ramen and yakitori at other locations, making it a great option in the area. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups, as the best size is 8 to fit a full table or a party of 4 for a half table. The broths are super flavorful, and the menu has a straightforward selection of meats and seafood balls, making it great for people new to hot pot.
