I got a 2 scoop sundae and not happy that they are getting very stingy with their ice cream and hot fudge. I think they may have given me child size scoops and very little hot fudge. My partner got a shake and asked for a spoon because of ear problems is not able drink/suck with a straw. The worker said that the straw has a spoon on the end. It did not. So got up and asked for a spoon again. The the same worker that severed us told us that a shake doesn’t get a spoon and continued to not be helpful. Very disappointed in the service we got. Told them we will not be returning to this location.

Honestly sweet staff but disturbing there was a small roach in my ice cream they did offer to give a different I politely declined but I am still very disturbed

Asked to try the new flavor and she put like pea size of ice cream on there. Ok fine whatever stingy. Then told me I need to purchase something in order to redeem my free scoop birthday reward. Placed it online and did not need to add anything else. Pretty sure she gave me a kids size scoop. Incredibly stingy. Thankfully this was free otherwise completely scamming people for their money.

I started ordering these mini cones years ago when my daughter was in elementary school for class party’s and very good quality they were the hit of any the parties. So when my niece asked me about the mini cones she had been seeing on 31 flavors websites we ordered them for our Easter celebration and this what was given to my nephew who picked them up. But the manager claims they are in good condition this special ordered cost more then $40 what shame how our business people conduct business now

Do Not Come Here Ever! This location has serious hygiene issues!!! We had bad diarrhea after we consumed their ice cream and juice, we were sick for days. Don’t come here if care about yourself or your family health. Go some other buskin robins, avoid this location!

Just hit up baskin Robbin’s and it was legit! So many flavors to pick up from and they all were so stunning the staff was super cooperative and their service was amazing .The vibe in the shop was cool too . Totally my new fav spot for ice cream . Absolutely recommend! Plus they have comfy sitting area so you can enjoy and your ice cream very well ?I would never seen such type of customer service on any other shop

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! As soon as you walk in it SMELLS HORRIBLE, musty and dirty. Really hot inside not sure how the employees are able to do a shift there. We lasted a few minutes and I felt disgusted with the heat and smell.

Worst experience ever!! The ice cream had a piece of metal wire in it. It was absolutely terrifying! Could have killed me. Customer service was even worse when notified. Even the manager was pathetic. Dont eat here! This place should be shut down immediately !!!

Five dollars for the smallest scoop, and the more I keep visiting Baskin Robbins, it’s as if they’re all run by one family, fake foreign accents, and you can’t understand basic English, there’s never any air conditioning on site, so halfway through here dessert, it’s a puddle and soup and runny, The ice cream is mediocre. Best, there are no restroom facilities, parking is ample, location is safe and secure, overall cleaning is high, better customer service would be appreciated,
