I want to commend the employee Madi.My favorite flavor ever is the Mexican Chocolate Brownie. It reminds me of my time living in Mexico and tastes like home. I was sad to hear that the locations closest to me were out, as it was limited addition. I called a few locations, and when I spoke to Madi, she said she didn’t have any today, but she would be getting a shipment tomorrow.The next day she gave me a call as soon as the shipment of that flavor arrived!! I was shocked to hear that she remembered my phone call, and I was very pleasantly surprised by her initiative and care to call me back and follow up!She was very empathetic, and Madi doing that for me showed her true character and commitment.If corporate reads this, GIVE MADI A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!! BRAVO!

hot smelly and dirty. anytime i go in this location there's flies and it's super hot in there. Workers are kind and helpful which is why i go back. Looks like poor management that's really the issue. It's surprising that it's hot when it's an ice cream store right when you walk in you're hit with a strong odor, i feel for the workers there it's always hot and dirty in this location, Management needs to do better

I love Ice cream, and BR is one of my favorites. I have been going to this location, Artesia Blvd. for years, now. But lately, the smell inside gets to you as soon as you walk in, and it's super hot and smelly. The staff is very polite and helpful, but if they could turn on the AC so the smell won't get to you as bad as it gets.

Few of my friends worked here. I'm personally not going to hold back any more for their sake. Horrible owners. They also own the one in torrance off of Sepulveda and Crenshaw right by cocoichibanya. The store is severely hot. knowing the owners ripped the thermostat off the wall and WILL NOT ALLOW WORKERS TO USE IT. Seen my friends SWEAT BRICKS WHILE THEY SCOOP. The store has a smell and it's due to black mold and poorly cleaned equipment. Seen a Pic of the drains and they're BLACK...When the owners fire someone or if someone quits they block their number. One of my friends quit about 5-6? Months ago and they didn't receive their full check, tried calling the manager and they straight away went to voicemail, tried messaging her as well and no response. SadThe managers Husband..Rude, Disrespectful, and strange. Remember coming over to get some ice cream from the torrance location. He tends to be very cheap (they both are) asking for a napkin seriously and only giving me one???? But anyways went over to visit them and the manager is watching over them like a hawk, This man's is EYEING THEM AS THEYRE SCOOPING.. yet again the store was HOT. Then He excuses himself and says "alright Angel sweets I'll be back" WHO???WHAT?? Also The Husband Uses his DIRTY HANDS TO MIX FUDGE....They also reuse the cups..Yes the ones they serve you in....I once went to go see how my friend was doing then watched the Husband drink a drink, wash the straw, RINSE THE CUP, then put it back, this was like 5 months ago? Bet you they're still doing that.But here are also the things I noticed they did to my friends and just things in general-another friend tried getting hired there (she's black) and immediately they said "no" due to them being very over staff. why is that when i see the same 3 girls working. They need a break. I stopped going there almost 3-4 months ago. Hope those girls are living their best lives.-they don't provide the need for their workers such as soap..literally their soap is water w a teaspoon of dawn. -The rags there smell horrible-I don't think they let them go on breaks while working. I waited for a friend and I came in to bring them their lunch and they weren't able to sit down due to how busy it was. I'm done writing about this shop. Good luck to people that work there..please either just go to albertsons next door, sunright, or yogurt land too. If you're at the Torrance location Just go to brusters or thrifys.JUST KNOW I HAVE CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND I WILL CALL BASKIN CORPORATE.

I will not patronize this location any longer. The store is disgusting !The door is always wide open. It's hot and the store carry's a bad smell.I asked the employee why is it so hot in a ice cream shop ? she said the Manager doesn't want us to use the air conditioner and took the thermostat off the wall !!! I was shocked. There are flies swarming as well.It was 5::00 on Saturday it was 85 degrees with the door wide open.I will be calling Baskin Robbins headquarters and the Health Dept!I live in the city of Gardena. I will find another location to patronize!UNACCEPTABL !

We buy birthday cakes for our kids every year from Baskin Robbins. Always a fantastic experience. This particular Baskin Robbins however, the owner was absolutely horrible. Rude and unprofessional. Would never buy from them again. They tarnish the Baskin Robbins brand.

Talk about being unprofessional and disrespectful towards minors. Worse manager ever! My two children went in for ice cream waited for over 15 minutes only to be told half way through their order to wait while they took another customer because my daughter was taking to long to order. When I walked in and tried to order the manager/owner tells me to wait for the other person since he helped them the first time and I refused she said hurry up and see that's why we are trying to take another customer I said no you need to learn to have customer service. She then starts complaining about us to another customer and tells me to stop being loud I said how upsetting is this that you have children trying to learn how to order for themselves. She then tells me to leave and she is calling the police. I myself call the police and told me to ignore her and the best thing is not to go there again. I agreed while driving off she takes video/picture and give us the middle finger while I have my kids in the car. I can't believe management has these people working there.

Pizza ice-cream seems interesting. HOWEVER.... After one bite, won't buy it again. $19.99, pizza crust is super super sweet brownie. The pizza sauce or topping are the ice cream... super super thin layer. I think I will stick to their ice cream cake, more ice cream.The Parking: Plaza parking lot
